Israel-bashing, America-bashing, UK-bashing … and absolute justice.

Written by

When covering News of Palestine and Israel and of the ‘open Western wars’ of Iraq and Afghanistan and the ‘covered Western wars’ of Libya, Syria and Yemen (and so many other locations…) we are sometimes accused of ‘Israel-bashing’ or ‘America-bashing’ and ‘other-nations-bashings’.

It is pointed out to us that we should not voice any objections to Israeli actions as on the other hand Israel is the only country in the Middle East that has permitted the construction of an Ahmadiyya Mosque and is permitting the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community in Kababir, near Haifa, in Israel to function freely, while on the other hand the Palestinian Authority puts great difficulties in the way of members of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community. Similarly in USA and in the UK (like in all European countries and of course African ones too) the authorities grant perfect freedom of religion, freedom of worship and press freedom to Missionary activities of the local Ahmadiyya Muslim Communities in those countries.

We do appreciate and like to portray those freedoms granted in all those countries where such freedoms are granted. May Allah reward all those individuals and countries who are sometimes exposing themselves in granting such freedoms!

What we try to portray in The Muslim Times are the Islamic teachings of absolute justice. We appreciate – and mention in our Blog – the freedoms granted by the Western (and African!) Countries to all our religious activities. In this respect the Western Countries are closer to the Islamic Ideal of Absolute Justice than the so-called Islamic States.

On the other hand where Western Activities do not correspond to the Ideal of Absolute Justice, as for instance in the treatment of the Palestinian Issue by the State of Israel or in the ‘hidden wars’ of Western Intelligence agencies and ‘Special Forces’ we should not have to remain silent either. Of course we are not the only ones to object to some of the activities of these Western countries. Many of their own citizens (and many members of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’ats are also their own citizens) are also objecting to those actions.

What we foremost would like to portray however is the Islamic ideal of Absolute Justice. Of course as Human beings we are not perfect and are fully aware of our limitations and imperfections. May Allah forgive our shortcomings and assist us in our tasks.

For a deeper understanding of what we mean may we refer you to the book by Hadhrat Mirza Tahir Ahmad, Khalifatul-Masih IV. (may Allah be pleased with him) entitled: Absolute Justice, Kindness and Kinship.

And we end with a quotation of the Qur’an:

Surely, We have created man in the best make; Then, if he works iniquity, We reject him as the lowest of the low, except those who believe and do good works; so for them is an unending reward. (Surah al-Tin; Ch.95: Vs. 5-7)

  1. Pretty good and honest indeed. Let me talk about a scenario, Gujurat anti-muslim riots happened in India quite the same time as 9/11. And lower courts deliberately gave no justice to victims. Until things came to supreme court. Even now things are in courts. Babri mosque demolition, etc are just too big things to handle. Point to be noted is, none of the so called ummah did nothing for us to save us/talk about us. except for fanatic mullah/spies of Pakistan. Which in return advocates of terror attacks, and which in return calls for backlash from far right Hindus. It’s good to talk about these things, provide we can wipe tears of those who suffered.
It can be appreciated when people talk about palestine, chechenya, bosnia etc. But unfortunately, mostly its done by those who seek to improve their own performance score cards amongst “muslim-ummah”. or the likes of advocates of “protocols of the elders of zion”. Its wise to talk of jews who support for human rights of palestinians than the fascists who seek to talk about giving it lip service.

There is no big tormentor of the persecuted who only reminds him of persecution but does nothing for them. And there is no bigger propagandist of enemy than those who preach “protocols of the learned elders of zion”. And from the Indian perspective, no one has tormented Muslims here, than paki ISI and Fascist Nazi Army who always have aided far-right groups in India and have strengthened right wing politics in India. I will celebrate the day not a single paki will have hatred towards India/Indians including muslims who live here. We just don’t care about people who do not do anything for us, except financing jihadist KU KLUX “WAHABI/SALAFI” KLAN

Knowing that there is no denial of muslim persecution, lets agree that i have experienced some of the harshest forms of discrimination while at school, work place for being Muslim. But later understood there is nothing called justice. But rather should invest my energy in reconciling with those who have care and concern for mankind in general. So, i guess it’s pretty wise that Muslims in India should live with the teachings of Paigham-e-sulah are reconcile despite the odds.

Abdullah ibn Mas’ud relates that the Holy Prophet(s.a.s.) said: There will be discrimination after me and things that you will dislike. He was asked: Messenger of Allah, how would you direct those of us who should encounter these things? He answered: Discharge your obligations and supplicate Allah for your rights(Bokhari and Muslim) From the book Riyad as salih, section:80, number:673
Just the last word: peace all!
may ALLAH(swt) grant tranquility to all. Aameen

In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that there is no one (no idol, no person, no grave, no prophet, no imam, no dai, nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the seal of His Messengers.

Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 33 Surah Ahzaab verse 40:Mohamed is not the father of any of your men, but he is the Messenger of Allah, and the Seal (Last) of the Prophets. And Allah is the knower of everything.

The Messenger of Allah (saws) has said in many authentic narrations: “There is no Prophet after me.”

Allah and His Messenger (saws) have clearly declared that Mohamed (saws) is the Last Prophet and there are no Prophets after him. Neither will there be any Revelations revealed to anybody else after Prophet Mohamed (saws).

Thus, one who testifies that there is no god except Allah Alone, and Mohamed (saws) is His Final Messenger; will be considered a muslim.

Anyone who believes that there is a another Prophet after Prophet Mohamed (saws) who was appointed by Allah, and he received Revelations; he will not be considered a muslim. It does matter what name he keeps or what he does, because of his belief that there is another Prophet after Prophet Mohamed (saws), he leaves the fold of Islam.

The Ahmadis are not recognized as muslims because they believe that Mirza Ghulam Ahmed is a prophet and that he received revelations from Allah.

If we were to give a detailed explanation of their fantastic philosophies, it would indeed require a book. Many eminent and worthy scholars of Islam have written books about the Ahmadi menace and issues, and it would be worthwhile to read some of those to gain an in-depth knowledge of their philosophies and false beliefs, if one indeed wants to understand the Ahmadi issue.

May Allah help the muslims to unite as One Ummah

  3. Assalam-o-Alaikum!

I have submitted a response to Mr. M. Hussain’s post at another blog, but I would like to add here that if believing in a Prophet after the Holy Prophet Muhammad (sa) makes a person non-Muslim, then all those Muslims who believe in the coming of Hadhrat Isa (as) AFTER the Holy Prophet (sa) should be declared non-Muslim.

  4. It is my feeling that the belief among Muslims that Jesus did not die must have ‘creep-ed in’ to the belief of Muslims probably when Egypt’s Christians converted to Islam (and brought that belief along).

If at the time of the death of Prophet Mohammad (peace and blessings be on him) this belief would have been there surely the companions of the Prophet (pboh) at his death would have voiced that ‘how can our Prophet (pboh) die when the (minor) Prophet Jesus did not? No such question is reported.

  5. What is the exact wording of this Hadith: (I am just recalling it from memory):

Once during a defensive war one Muslim killed one Mekkan who recited the Kalima before his death. When the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) he asked ‘why did you kill him when he recited the Kalima?’ The Muslim soldier replied ‘he did so only because he was scared of death’. The Prophet (pboh) was very angry and asked again and again: ‘Did you open his heart? (to see why he recited the Kalima?).

In other words: who-ever recites ‘There is no God but Allah and Mohammad (pboh) is His Prophet’ we have to acknowledge as a Muslim. Only Allah can be the final judge (for us in the next life).

I feel sorry for those Muslims who think they should make such decisions – without opening our hearts (which, indeed they cannot). Allah’s anger might be on them.
