The Ahmadiyya Muslim Youth Association of Canada is once again coming to Kincardine to teach the community about Islam, this time regarding the “misunderstood” Sharia law.
National executive director Rizwan Rabbani said the information session is meant to “promote religious harmony dispel misconceptions about Islam and most of all to educate people about the Shari’a law and the West.”
“After many successful events in Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Alberta, your town is amongst the first ones in Ontario where AMYA will be holding information session on the most misunderstood law, Shari’a,” Rabbani said in a media release.
The event will take place this Saturday, March 24 at the Kincardine Public Library.
