Saudi Arabia sending relief supplies to Tunesia

A Saudi relief plane carrying 108 tons of foodstuffs, tents and rugs left King Khaled International Airport in Riyadh on Monday for the Republic of Tunisia. Under the directives of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah, 530 tons of relief supplies, including foodstuffs, medicines, tents and blankets, have been readied to be sent to Tunisia in five consignments over five consecutive days, Walid bin Saad Al-Owais, the airport’s coordinator of relief consignments, said adding that a second such plane will leave for the north African country Tuesday.
