Anyone who declares a professing Muslim a blasphemer and proposes death penalty for such a person is himself/herself a blasphemer against the Prophet in that such a person does not believe that Prophet Muhammad (SAW) is the mercy for the worlds. We believe that such a person has strayed and incurred the wrath of Allah Almighty. We pray that Allah Almighty rid the Ummah of such persons.
