JHANG: Four Danish nationals have been booked under the blasphemy law in Jhang.

According to the FIR No 133, logged with the Kotwali police station, Zahid Saeed Bhutta Advocate filed a petition in the court of Jhang District and Sessions Judge for registration of a case against four Danish citizens.
He alleged that they published blasphemous material in Denmark and uploaded on the Internet, that could be accessed and read all-over Pakistan, including his city Jhang. The judge ordered the police to registrar a case under Section 295/C against the accused, and the police complied with the court orders.
Additional SP Jhang Abdul Qadir Qamar confirmed registration of the case and said such cases were investigated by a senior police officer.

Unfortunately the judges just make fools of themselves…
جوشخص کسی مسلمان کو گستاخ رسول قراردے کر اس کی سزا موت تجویز کرے وہ رسول صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے رحمة اللعالمین ہونے سے انکاری ہونے کے سبب گستاخ رسول ہے۔ ہم ایسے شخص کو گمراہ اور خدا کے غضب کا مستحق جانتے ہیں۔اور دعا کرتے ہیں کہ اللہ تعالی امت مسلمہ کو ایسے نابکاروں سے پاک کردے۔
Anyone who declares a professing Muslim a blasphemer and proposes death penalty for such a person is himself/herself a blasphemer against the Prophet in that such a person does not believe that Prophet Muhammad (SAW) is the mercy for the worlds. We believe that such a person has strayed and incurred the wrath of Allah Almighty. We pray that Allah Almighty rid the Ummah of such persons.
