Kashmir’s Grand Mufti on Wednesday stirred up a real hornet’s nest by asking for declaring Ahmadis or Ahmadiyyas as non-Muslims through a legislation in the state Assembly.
The cleric, Mufti Muhammad Bashiruddin, who is recognised by both the state government and the Centre as official ‘Mufti Azam’ or Grand Mufti of Jammu and Kashmir, while speaking at a meeting of religious leaders here organised by the Jammu and Kashmir Muslim Personal Board headed by him, said that all legislators should jointly table a bill in the state Assembly during its coming session and ensure it was passed with voice votes as well to declare Ahmadis as non-Muslims.

First of all congratulations to the members of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at Kashmir! It seems that they are so active and successful that the Mufti got scared! – Secondly: Does the Mufti have so little self-confidence that he has to find ‘legislation’ against the Ahmadi-Muslims? Could he not instead invite them for a televised debate so that the Kashmiri public can judge for themselves which arguments are correct? – May Allah protect the members of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at in Kashmir and grant them more success in this life and the next!!! He doesn’t dare go on air to debate the issues without exposing himself as a liar. That’s the reason that he’s using uncivilized and ignorant ways of dealing with our Jama’at.
We can also imagine the pain and havoc he’d cause to our Ahamdi brothers and sisters if Jammu and Kashmir were to separate from secular India.
It would be similar to what is happening in neighbouring Pakistan. I hope and pray that he will not be successful even in passing the this so-called legislation, Insha’Allah.
An agreed Hadees ( Men Calla Laillah Fo Ho Wa Muslim). Being the believers of Kalma Tayabba no one can say Ahmadies are Non-Muslim. If any body says Non Muslim to a Muslim, He him-self will become a Non-Muslim.( An other Hadees ).
The Founder of Pakistan Qaid-E-Azam said :-
“Ahmadis are Muslims, If They Say They are Muslims and No One, Not Even the Sovereign Legislature, has the Right to Say Otherwise”. Muhammad Ali Jinnah (05 May 1944).
As Pakistan is already suffering due to the denial of facts and under the pressures of so called Mufties and Mullas they passed negative legislations in spite of Quaid’s clear statement. Pakistan got a bad reputation of passing these legislation against the UNO charter of basic human rights. Additionally the mentality of theocracy thrown Pakistan into Fundamentalism and Terrorism.
If Jammun and Kashmir and Indonesia or any other country has a bad fortune like to follow Pakistan and want to fell in the hell of Fundamentalism and terrorism then their choice.
But The Truth, The message of peace and love of Jammat-E-Ahmadiyya ( Real Islam ) can never be stopped from spreading by negative tactics. We are in the age of communications and are in global village. Matters only can be discussed openly , no threats and blackmailing of so called Fatwas will work longer here and defeat will be the ultimate fate of Theocracy and Mullaism.
I hope India as a secular state will not allow them to do that.

In fact women and men are NEVER equal in physique but in status. This “equality” is judged by their actions and deeds. The more wise and beneficence an individual proves the more respected should be. Regardless of gender distinction. But as for physique and strength they are definitely not equal. So needless to fall in this argument.
Azad Kashmir is a hotbed for anti Ahmadi stance where there are over 7 open FIRs against members of the Ahmadi Community who are subjected to persecution and illtreatment on daily basis by Mulahs of Khatme Nabuwwat, TNR and their associates in collaboration with law enforcement agencies and judiciary incited by anti Ahmadi legislation and blasphemy laws of Pakistan. The demand by Grand Mufti is ridiculous as Azad Kashmir has already declared Ahmadis as non Muslim for the purposes of constitution and law. The Ahmadis have been kidnapped and tortured. I am personally aware of inhuman degrading treatment of Ahmadis while successfully dealing with over 100 fleeing persecuted Ahmadis’ human rights cases. Any act of persecution of Ahmadis is strongly condemned.

2. Such “Actions” and “Proposals” are in sheer conflict with Basic Human Rights and the Indian Constitution.
3. This is what The Indian State and Central Governments (both) MUST ensure to stop – in the wake of Indian Secular Constitution.
I agree Indian government is not controlled fortunately by Mullahs unlike Pakistan
Quran and our beloved Prophet Mohammad pbuh taught us to make more amd more Muslims through Tablieegh and through your own beautiful favorable acts good deeds and nice neighborhood presentations. Modern Mullahs are absolutely unable to preach and compete the non Muslims preaching.The Mullah have no knowledge of Quran and Hadees to defend Islam through Quranic Knowledge and after sayings of Propeht Mohammad pbuh. The result is all Mullahs are trying to curb other opponents whether those are christian or Hindus or other sects of Islam by using their tongs power or with Ammunition force or by any other means.This is their Islam who kicks out their own Muslim sects out of Islamic population instead of making more Muslims in the world. This Mullah cleric will never succeed in his foul role in religious Politics. Because This INDIA not Pakistan.

It is not a concern that how insane the Mullah (Grand Mufti) is demanding; THE BIGGER CONCERN IS that it is already “high time” for Indian Government to realize and check upon the Mullah’s Demands; controversial to Indian Secular Constitution as well as the True Islamic Teachings.
It is again, “high time” for them to recall and remember, “How the Genie got out of the Bottle in Pakistan” – and MUST take immediate steps to STOP it right at its beginning.

Since the precedent set by the Mullahs in Andhra Pradesh (Hyderabad – Deccan) remained unchecked both by the State and National Government; has encouraged the Mullahs to initiate their episode from the already disturbed state of Jammu and Kashmir.

Sad – as it is today – the Governments in Pakistan since 1952 are directly responsible for “GIVING WAY” to Mullahs and “Bending Before” their IRRATIONAL, UNETHICAL, IRRELIGIOUS and INHUMAN demands.
At the same time, it is “high time” for Members of the Worldwide Ahmadiyya Community to let their voice reach the Indian Authorities, so that the Indian Government(s) be able to understand that STRAIGHT VIOLATION of Human Rights is BEING DEMANDED from them and they should break their silence, invoke their State Discipline and deal with it – sooner than Later; LEST the Genie of Religious Fanaticism Leaves its Bottle in India.
I totally agree with Shahid Pervaiz sb. The Indian govt. should strike while there’s still time for them to take action. Otherwise, these maulvis are going to think that they can get away with all their nonsense and end up getting worse.
Like it’s mentioned about Hyderabad, the Indian govt. should have nipped that mischief in the bud, before it got out of control.
Probably that is one of the reasons that this mufti is growing ‘horns’ and behaving and uttering such declarations….?
One wonders why the Indian authorities are not acting. Are they waiting for things to get worse? If so, why?

Mullahs have every right to believe that Ahmadis are “INFIDELS” (Kafir) – if they sincerely believe so AND choose to restrain themselves to their belief; BUT they are liable of a GROSS ENCROACHMENT to “The Freedom of Expression” by demanding THE STATE INJUCTION to Impose “Alteration of Belief” upon Ahmadis.
The Mullahs do not stop here; they stand committed to THEIR PHILOSOPHY of Millitant Jihad – “Kill everyone who beliefs differently” – 100% contrary to the Holy Teachings of Islam.
Mullahs have a “retraceable” history of:-
1. Raising Demands; then
2. Taking the Law in their Hands; and
3. Looting and Burning the public and private Properties and Killing Innocent Humans
INDIA is the LARGEST DEMOCRACY in the world with a SECULAR CONSTITUTION – will the Indian Government like to play “Ignorant of Mullahs” and their actions : “WILL MULLAHS REMAIN UNCHECKED IN SECULAR INDIA” ????
