Closed mosque: The al-Misbah mosque belonging to the Indonesia Ahmadiyah Congregation stands deserted after being sealed off by public order officers assisted by police officers and soldiers on early Friday.
The public order officers said the mosque was sealed off in line with Bekasi Mayoral Regulation No.40/2001, which prohibits the congregation from conducting any activities at the mosque.(Antara/Widodo Jusuf)

order of 2001… It took them 12 years to interpret that order in the way they did now, that they should close the mosque. ‘ Of course the order did not intend that the mosques of the Ahmadis should be closed. It was supposed to stop Ahmadis from ‘spreading the message’. The mosque is used for their own members and the order does not say that own members should not pray. (or am I understanding something wrong here?)
A very sad,bad news of inhuman barbarity on the part of Indonesian rulers in depriving the peaceful Ahmadiyya Muslim Community their right to worship their Creator Allah RabbulIzzat,which it will only bring the wreath of God, RabbulAlameen for such cruel acts of insanity against Ahmadi Muslims.
