Heal Broken Bones Faster with Natural Medicine

Natural medicines and therapies can help speed the healing of broken bones. Bones have the amazing ability to heal themselves, and this healing begins before you even see a doctor. However, doctor’s visit is always recommended to ensure that the bones are aligned properly and will join in a clean line.

To speed bone healing, you can incorporate the following changes into your life:

LIFESTYLE

No drinking, no smoking, no caffeinated drinks

NUTRITION

Diet should include proteins, calcium and vitamins C, D and K

HOMOEOPATHY

Arnica, Symphytum, Ruta, Calcarea phosphoricum, Eupatorium perfoliatum

OTHER THERAPIES

Electrical stimulation, ultrasound and magnets. Also deep tissue massage and hypnosis helps shorten the time of healing

Bones heal without scars and most of the time the bones are stronger than they were before the break. Rest, eat a healthy diet, and you will be back to normal in no time.

    • Well, that is ‘internet’. All the different points of view are ‘out there’. We still need to make personal choices. It has probably become more difficult and not easier with this wealth of information.

  1. Internet does confuse people but this is a good article!

A physician with integrative approach towards his patient is very important in this regard. Different modalities of treatment can be combined by an Integrative Physician leading to the best results.

I am glad to see how some conventional doctors are shedding their grudges against alternative health options and adopting ‘Good’ for their patients from various disciplines.
