The Book of Prophet Muhammad (saw) – The Holy Qur’an

The Truth Message – Part – 3.10:

The Book of Prophet Muhammad (saw) – The Holy Qur’an

And now the very interesting –

Bible prophesies the coming of Qur’an

In the initial chapters of this ‘Truth Message’, through the stories of different prophets, we have seen how 28 prophets of Bible are found in Qur’an and we have also seen how similar are their stories in both the books … both the books speak truth, undeniably! This leaves no doubt on the piousness of The Holy Bible. However, in the previous pages we have also seen how it cannot be considered as the entirely original or the final word of God – Its present state is all corrupted – I have put down enough reasons already there.

Our Lord in the Bible says about the The Holy Qur’an. The the Biblical prophecy says:

“For, it is precept upon precept; line upon line, here a little and there a little; for, with strange lips and another tongue will he speak to this people” (Isa. 28:10)

Meaning, the Qur’an will be revealed gradually and piecemeal.

History stands to witness that the revelation to Holy Prophet Mohammad (saw) spread over a period of 23 years and it came line by line. Also many parts of it were revealed in Mecca and many others in Madina. Another tongue in the Biblical prophecy refers to the language Arabic of the Arabs.

Allah says the very same about the Quran in the Qur’an itself:

Surely, We have revealed unto thee the Qur’an piecemeal. [76:24]

[17:83] And WE gradually reveal of the Qur’an that which is healing and a mercy to believers; …

And again…

[17:107] And the Qur’an We have revealed in pieces that thou mayest read it to mankind at intervals, and We have sent it down piecemeal.

The Very Important: Bible has more to add:

The prophecies of the Bible (through Moses) spoke of not only coming of Muhammad (pbuh) but also about Qur’an:

And he said, the Lord came from Sinai, and rose up from Seir unto them; and shined forth from Mount Paran and he came with ten thousands of saints: from his right hand went a fiery law for them. (Deuteronomy 33:2)

‘from his right hand went a fiery law for them’: The Holy Prophet declared that the message of God had been completed in the form of the Holy Quran. His fiery Law – the Holy Quran, consumes all impurities of flesh and turns even the grossest hearts into pure gold.

Thus the prophecy of Moses was fulfilled, Masha’Allah (as desired by the Lord, Allah).

The Book of Prophet Muhammad (saw) – The Holy Qur’an

A’ouzo billahi min-aash-shaitan-ir-rajeem… Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem
(I seek refuge with Allah from Satan, the accursed… In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Ever Merciful.)

Putting plainly, the Holy Quran is God’s own message to his creation.

God, in there, is communicating directly with the best of His creation that is – Us – Humans.

[20:115] Exalted then is Allah, the True King! …
[32:3] The revelation of the Book — there is no doubt about it — is from the Lord of the worlds.

[35:32] And the Book which We have revealed to thee is the truth itself, fulfilling that which is before it. Surely, Allah is All-Aware, All-Seeing with respect to His servants.

[38:2] …By the Qur’an, full of exhortation, it is Our revealed word.

[38:30] This is a Book which We have revealed to thee, full of blessings, that they may reflect over its verses, and that those gifted with understanding may take heed.

In the Holy Qur’an, God directly addresses us and narrates – as – reminder, the history of this planet detailing the ways of past prophets and their people; He in a very clear manner relates stories of the truthful and the sinful, of the believers and the disbelievers, etc. In his message He has very clearly specified certain things that are haraam (forbidden) and halaal (permissible).

Qur’an is to supposed to steer believers on the right path, to explain them the correct order of lives, ways to distinguish between the right and the wrong, define morals, elucidates how to judge between conflicts, details distribution of wealth amongst family members, describes sin – its reasons and punishment, details out the rewards for good deeds – the Gardens of Paradise, clearly elucidate the roles and responsibilities of ours as a child, parent, sibling, leader, king or whatever role that comes in the category of us humans.

[40:3] The revelation of the Book is from Allah, the Mighty, the All-Knowing,

[41:3] This is a revelation from the Gracious, the Merciful.

[41:4] A Book, the verses of which have been expounded in detail — the Qur’an in clear, eloquent language — for a people who have knowledge,

[41:5] A bringer of glad tidings and a warner.

[12:2-4] Alif Lam Ra. These are verses of the clear Book. We have revealed it — the Qur’an in Arabic — that you may understand. We narrate unto thee the most beautiful narration by revealing to thee this Qur’an, though thou wast, before this, of those not possessed of requisite knowledge.

[4:27] Allah desires to make clear to you, and guide you to, the paths of those before you, and to turn to you in mercy. And Allah is All- Knowing, Wise.

[45:21] This Book contains clear evidences for mankind and is a guidance and a mercy for a people who possess firm faith.

[18:3-4] He has made it a guardian, that it may give warning of a grievous chastisement from Him, and that it may give the believers who do good deeds the glad tidings that they shall have a good reward, Wherein they shall abide for ever;

[20:100-102] Thus do We relate to thee the tidings of what has happened before. And We have given thee from Us a Reminder. Whoso turns away from it will surely bear a heavy burden on the Day of Resurrection, Abiding thereunder; and evil will the burden be to them on the Day of Resurrection,

[42:8] Thus have We revealed to thee the Qur’an in Arabic, that thou mayest warn the Mother of towns, and all around it; and that thou mayest warn them of the Day of Gathering whereof there is no doubt: A party will be in the Garden, and a party in the blazing Fire.

Most importantly God introduces Himself very clearly at many places all over the Holy Quran so that there remains no question upon taking other men of past or present or animals or celestial bodies, or plants or objects or idols as God. Attributes which He has used to define himself, as the quality of being a God are so distinguishing & distinctive that no other object, idol or entity suits to it, other than him, thus leaving absolutely no chance of confusion for the seekers of truth.

Quite obviously, the Holy Qur’an was revealed to connect man with his Lord and to teach man what all he needs to know. Before Qur’an also there were books which came of commandments and they were revealed to many prophets like Abraham, Moses, etc who all were law-bringing prophets but those laws/books/Shariah were tailored to suit their particular times, people, and place. However, Allah in the Holy Qur’an confirms that this Book given to Mohammad (saw) is to remain till the end of times to continue teaching mankind

Technicals of the Holy Qur’an:

The Holy Quran is a compilation of the verbal revelations given to the Holy Prophet Muhammad (saw) more than 1300 years ago by the Angel Gabriel on the command of God over a period of approximately twenty three years.

The Quran is the direct Word of God and contains complete guidance for mankind. It is the last law (Shariah) for all mankind and its language is Arabic.

The first verses revealed were:

Proclaim! Thou in the name of thy Lord, who created: Created Man from a clot of blood.

Proclaim! And thy Lord is the Most Bounteous; who taught by the pen, taught man what he knew not. (Surah Al’Alaq)

These were the first verse revealed to the Holy Prophet (saw) in Cave Hira’ on ‘The Night of Destiny’ in the month of Ramadan in 610 A.D.. Subhan’Allah! Masha’Allah! Al’humdulillah! These Verses are the first act of mercy with which God blessed his best creation – His people – Us.

[44:3] By this perspicuous Book (Qur’an).
[44:4] Truly, We revealed it in a blessed Night (Night of Destiny)…
[44:5] In it all wise things are decided,

“The Quran has proclaimed that falsehood will never overtake it. All research into the past and every discovery and invention in the future will affirm its truth (41:43). The Quran speaks at every level; it seeks to reach every type of understanding, through parables, similitudes, arguments, reasoning, the observation and study of the phenomena of nature, and the natural, moral, and spiritual laws (18:55; 39:28; 59:22). It reasons from the physical and tangible to the spiritual and intangible. The Quran repeatedly urges observation and reflection, the exercise of reason, and understanding (2:270).

For instance: “In the creation of the heavens and the earth and in the alternation of the night and the day there are indeed Signs for men of understanding, who remember Allah while standing, sitting, and lying down, and ponder the creation of the heavens and the earth. This leads them to exclaim: ‘Our Lord, Thou hast not created all this without purpose; Holy art Thou’” (3:191—192).” Sir Zafrulla Khan

Allah says about Quran-e-Majeed:

(54:6) Consummate wisdom; A cure for the souls; (86:14) Surely, the Qur’an is a decisive word.

14:2-3: This is a Book which We have revealed to thee that thou mayest bring mankind out of the depths of darkness into light, by the command of their Lord, to the path of the Mighty, the Praiseworthy – Allah, to Whom belongs whatsoever is in the heavens and whatsoever is in the earth.

If we had sent down this Qur’an on a mountain, thou wouldst certainly have seen it humbled and rent asunder for fear of Allah. And these are the similitudes that We set forth for mankind that they may reflect. (Ch.59:V.22)

The Holy Qur’an is a grand and glorious Word of God. It is (al-Kitab) the Preserved Book;

As Allah says: Therein are the lasting commandments/Teachings. (Ch.98:V.4)

Guys! If you are not able to understand or submit to any of Qur’anic teachings, it’s not your fault for it is said about the Qur’an that:

… the knowledge revealed to this great prophet would be of such a high quality that without purification a person would be unable to gain its understudying.

This is mentioned again…

[56:78] That this is indeed a noble Qur’an,
[56:79] In a well-preserved Book,
[56:80] Which none shall touch except those who are purified.
[56:81] It is a revelation from the Lord of the worlds.

The Holy Qur’an is…

Is the current Qur’an authentic? Why do we trust it?

A Question: Prophets & Books of the past, the present and the future… Who is the perfect one? Which to follow?

The Holy Qur’an points out that all the previous Books were sent for specific nations and times and so were neither universal in nature to match all peoples nor eternal to match all times and so were not final, and thus they were not provided the special protection against interpolations, as was granted to the Holy Qur’an, which was revealed as the final Guidance for all peoples till the end of times.

Allah in the Qur’an points out that the previous Scriptures have suffered interpolations and perversions at the hands of their scribes. “Woe, to those who write the Book with their own hands and then say, ‘This is from Allah’.”(2:80)

“There are some among the Jews who pervert words from their proper places.” (4:47)

The text of the Holy Quran has remained unchanged over the past 1400 years. The millions of copies circulating all around the world, followed by 73 sections of Muslims, are one and the same, word-to-word; all copies are identical down to a single letter. And this is not strange since God says in the Holy Quran that He Himself will guard this book @ 15:10: Verily, it is We who have sent down this Exhortation, and most surely We are its Guardian.

[11:2] Alif Lam Ra. This is a Book whose verses have been made unchangeable and then they have been expounded in detail. It is from One Wise, and All-Aware.

[18:28] And recite what has been revealed to thee of the Book of thy Lord. There is none who can change His words, and thou wilt find no refuge beside Him.

The promise about the protection and preservation of the Qur’an made in this verse has been so remarkably fulfilled that even after 1400 years of it’s coming it hasn’t been altered with as so much as a dot!

The Qur’an claims to be the culmination of all the previous Revelations, and contains the fundamental teachings of all the previous Prophets and Scriptures. Referring to the previous Prophets and their Books, God says to the Muslims:

[87:19] This indeed is what is taught in the former Scriptures —

[87:20] The Scriptures of Abraham and Moses.

These are they whom Allah guided, so follow their guidance.” (6:91)

A Messenger from Allah, who recites unto them the pure Scriptures, wherein are the lasting commandments. (98:3-4)

This Qur’an fulfills the revelation of Moses (as) told ages ago: ‘a fiery law’ from Deuteronomy 33:2

Thus the Qur’an is a compendium of all that is good, lasting and imperishable in the teaching of all the previous Scriptures with a lot more, which was needed for perfection of the guidance. Thus the Qur’an stands as a Guardian over all the previous Books, affirming the truth contained in them and correcting the errors caused by interpolations. As guidance was provided by God to every people, Islam does not claim a monopoly on Truth.

[3:4-5] He has sent down to thee the Book containing the truth and fulfilling that which precedes it; and He sent down the Torah and the Gospel before this, as a guidance to the people. And He has sent down the Discrimination. Surely those who deny the Signs of Allah shall have a severe punishment. And Allah is the Mighty, Lord of retribution.

The Qur’an is the last divine scripture for mankind. It is the final revealed Book or the guidance of humanity, and is intended for all peoples of all times. Its laws are of universal and permanent character and they admit of no change or amendment. The Qur’an itself lays claim, in no ambiguous terms, to being the final and most perfect code of all revealed laws.

We have left out nothing in the Book. (Ch.6:V.39)
Therein are the everlasting teachings. (Ch.98:Vs.3-4)
It is a decisive word, And it is not a useless talk. (Ch.86:Vs.14-15)

And, indeed, We have set forth for mankind all manner of parables in this Qur’an that they may take heed. (Ch.39:V.28)

It is but a Reminder and a Qur’an that expounds and makes things plain, that it may warn all who are alive… (Ch.36:V.70-71)

As for all Prophets of the past, there is no need left to follow them independently because the Prophethood of Muhammad (saw) comprises them all and encompasses them.

As for all Books of the past, there is no need left to follow them independently because The Lord’s word recorded in the Holy Quran comprises all Books of the past… as the holy Quran says:

[3:4-5]: He has sent down to thee the Book containing the truth and fulfilling that which precedes it; and He sent down the Torah and the Gospel before this, as a guidance to the people.

[6: 93] And this is a Book which WE have revealed, full of blessings, to fulfill that which preceded it

[6:156] …So follow it, and guard against evils that you may be shown mercy,

[17:108] Say, “Whether you believe therein or believe not, those to whom knowledge has been given before it, do fall down prostrate on their faces when it is recited to them,

[15:76] Surely, in this are Signs for those who can read signs.

[15:78] Surely, in this is a Sign for believers.

[46:13] And before it there was the Book of Moses, a guide and a mercy; and this is a Book in the Arabic language fulfilling previous prophecies, that it may warn those who do wrong; and as glad tidings to those who do good.

It directly addresses the previous holders of divine book, the Israelities…

[26:197] And it is surely mentioned in the Scriptures of the former peoples.

[26:198] And, is it not a Sign to them that the learned among the children of Israel know it?

Much of the Quran is about God, His attributes, man’s relationship to Him, the nature of the spiritual World and the hereafter, etc. It also contains directives for its followers (The Law and Commandments), historical accounts of certain prophets and peoples, prophecies, and good news for the believers and warnings for the disbelievers. It also contains codes for their social and moral behavior, and a comprehensive religious philosophy.

The Promised Messiah (as) writes:

“The Holy Qur’an is a Book which has proclaimed its own matchlessness and has claimed its own greatness, its wisdom, its truth, the beauty of its composition and its spiritual lights. It is not true that the Muslims have themselves put forward these excellences on behalf of the Qur’an. It sets out its own merits and excellences and puts forward its matchlessness and peerlessness as a challenge to the whole of creation and calls out loudly: Is there any contestant?

Centuries have passed after this claim of the Holy Qur’an, but none could contest it.

There are many people who think that Qur’an is not the world of our lord but that Mohammad (saw), the Prophet had written it himself. Here’s something of an answer for those doubters:

The miracle of Islam par excellence is the magnificently wonderful Quran, through which a constant and unbroken tradition transmits to us news of an absolute certainty. This is a book which cannot be imitated for it not only states the gone scenes of past in their perfect form from around the planet, the perfect present is already recorded in it though it was written 1300 years back and most surprisingly it also shows the coming future! Each of its expressions is a comprehensive one, and yet it is of proper size, neither too long nor too short. Its style is original. There is no model for this style in literature of the times, preceding it.

The effect which it produces on the human soul is obtained without any adventitious aid through its own inherent excellences. The verses are equally eloquent all through the text, even when they deal with topics, such as commandments and prohibitions, rewards and punishments, which must necessarily affect its tone. Stories of Prophets, descriptions of the beginning and the end of the world, enumerations and expositions of the divine attributes are absolutely astonishing yet acceptable beyond doubt! The text proceeds from one topic to another without losing its power of depth and intensity, sweetness & sourness, glad tidings and warnings, which generally do not go together, are found together here, where each rhetoric figure finds a perfect application.

Now I question the doubters: How could this marvelous book be the work of the man Muhammad (saw) who was an illiterate Arab?

Let me leave the point here, for Allah himself addresses the believers:

[32:4] Do they say, ‘He has forged it?’ Nay, it is the truth from thy Lord, that thou mayest warn a people to whom no Warner has come before thee, that haply they may follow guidance.

About Mohammad (saw) He says:

[53:4] Nor does he speak out of his own desire.
[53:5] It is nothing but pure revelation that has been revealed by God.
[53:6] The Lord of mighty powers has taught him,

[54:18] And indeed We have made the Qur’an easy to understand and to remember. But is there anyone who would receive admonition?

[12:112] Assuredly, in their narrative is a lesson for men of understanding. It is not a thing that has been forged, but a fulfillment of that which is before it and a detailed exposition of all things, and a guidance and a mercy to a people who believe.

And, if you think that this is the work of any other man then, here’s another challenge to you:

The Challenge Of The Holy Quran

[2:24-25] And if you are in doubt as to what We have sent down to Our servant, then produce a Chapter like it, and call upon your helpers beside Allah, if you are truthful. But if you do it not — and never shall you do it — then guard against the Fire, whose fuel is men and stones, which is prepared for the disbelievers.

It would not be possible for this Quran to be devised by anyone except Allah. There is no doubt about it… it is from the Lord of the worlds!

Do they say: He has fabricated it? Say to them: In that case, bring a chapter like unto it, and call for help on all you can apart from Allah, if you are truthful. (The Holy Quran, 10:39)

And, it continues…

17:89: If men and jinn should gather together to produce the like of this Qur’an, they could not produce the like thereof, even though they should help one another.

So that’s an open challenge you see, any takers?

Conclusion: [10:38] And this Qur’an is not such as might be devised by anyone except Allah. On the contrary, it fulfils that which is before it and is an exposition of the Law of God. There is no doubt about it. It is from the Lord of the worlds.

[17: 90] And surely We have set forth for mankind in various ways all kinds of similitudes in this Qur’an, but most men would reject everything in respect of it but disbelief.

A Warning to the disbelievers:

[26:3] These are verses of the clear Book.
[26:193] And verily this is a revelation from the Lord of the worlds.

[13:2] Alif Lam Mim Ra. These are verses of the Book. And that which has been revealed to thee from thy Lord is the truth, but most men believe not.

[26:7] They have, indeed, treated it as a lie, but soon there will come to them the tidings of that at which they mocked.

[26:9] In that there is a Sign indeed; but most of these would not believe.

[13:38] And thus have We revealed it as a clear judgment. And if thou follow their evil desires after the knowledge that has come to thee, thou shalt have neither friend nor defender against Allah.

[20:101-102] Whoso turns away from it will surely bear a heavy burden on the Day of Resurrection,

[20:102] Abiding thereunder; and evil will the burden be to them on the Day of Resurrection,

The Promised Messiah (as) writes:

“The Holy Qur’an, which is the Holy Word of God Almighty, is not confined to the few meanings which may be set out in a commentary of forty or fifty or a thousand volumes. To say so would almost amount to disbelief. Man might never completely understand the unlimited greatness and qualities of the Holy Qur’an.”

‘The Qur’an was sent down for the purpose of making the human race one flock and one nation. And now conditions have been created in which different peoples shall be united into one great nation…All this has been foretold in the Holy Qur’an which says that it has been sent to all the peoples of the world.’ (Chashma-i‑Ma’rifat, p.68)

“The fine eternal truths pertaining to religion, and all the learning pertaining to Divinity, and conclusive arguments in support of the truth together with the mysteries and insights that are set out in the Holy Qur’an, are such that human faculties collectively are not able to discover them. [Ruhani Khaza’in]

Highlights of the Holy Qur’an:

In particular, the lamp that enables the vision of the true and unchanging God is borne only by the Quran. If it had not come in the world then only God knows how much the number of people who worship other created beings would have sky-rocketed.

Holy Quran radically changed the lives of many individuals, sometimes by just reading a few verses in a matter of moments, and turned them into pure and pious souls.

By stating that “none shall touch [understand] it except the pure”, the Holy Qur’an emphasized the need of having a clean heart, clean mind, and clean body to access its inner mysteries and verities.

The Holy Quran states in 3:8: …And none know it’s right interpretation except Allah and those who are firmly grounded in knowledge, they say, ‘We believe in it; the whole is from our Lord’. – And none take heed except those gifted with understanding.

The Holy Qur’an is a unique composition that enriches and enthralls every reader and allows everyone to comprehend and connect with its teachings on some level, no matter what one’s temperament, aptitude, intelligence, age, gender, race, or origin.

It contains passages that enable the reader to personally experience God as if He is speaking directly to the reader at that given moment, and answering the queries of the mind and the concerns of the heart. This makes the Holy Qur’an a living book that helps man to realize and remember that he lives in the presence of God at all times.

Qur’an categorically rejects in the human potential to completely encompass even a small portion of God’s knowledge without his aid and permission:

and they encompass nothing of His [God’s] knowledge except what He pleases… (Ch.2:V.256)

Every era which opens up a new vista of knowledge is in accordance with the Divine plan & design. Qur’an further elaborates the verse saying: ‘And there is not a thing but are limitless treasures thereof with us and We send it not down except in well-defined and calculated (known) measure. (Ch.15:V22)

[My comment: Now we know one of the reasons as why the truth of Jesus (as) was kept hidden.]

The clear miracle of the Holy Qur’an which can manifest itself to every people and by presenting which we can silence everyone, whether he be a Christian, a Jew, a Buddhist, a Jain or a Hindu or any other religion, is the unlimited treasury of insights, eternal truths and wisdoms, which are expounded in every age according to its need to refute the thinking of every age.

[27:2] These are verses of the Qur’an, and of an illuminating Book,
[27:3] A guidance and good tidings to those who would believe,
[27:7] Verily, thou hast been given the Qur’an from the presence of One Wise, All-Knowing.

[26:194] The Spirit, Faithful to the Trust, has descended with it.

[19:98] So We have made it (the Qur’an) easy in thy tongue that thou mayest give thereby good tidings to the righteous, and warn thereby a people given to contention.

[2:3-4]: This is a perfect Book; there is no doubt in it; it is a guidance for the righteous, who believe…

[10:2] …These are the verses of the Book that is full of wisdom.

[14:53] This is a sufficient admonition for mankind that they may benefit by it, and that they may be warned thereby, and that they may know that He is the only One God, and that those possessed of understanding may ponder.

[11:3] It teaches that you should worship none but Allah. I am to you a Warner, and a bearer of glad tidings from Him;

[15:2] Alif Lam Ra. These are verses of the Book and of the illuminating Qur’an.

[17:10] Surely, this Qur’an guides to what is most right; and gives to the believers who do good deeds the glad tidings that they shall have a great reward.

[39:28] And, indeed, We have set forth to men all kinds of parables in this Qur’an that they may take heed.

At other place I have posted aayats (verses) from the Holy Qur’an which will enlighten your mind and open your heart to the unknown realm of Spirituality of which you were ignorant till today. Be assured, you Are On The Right Path – the path of peace and glory in this life and the hereafter.

Read online or Download Qur’an – God’s message to Mankind in your own language now from

Qur’an is now available in over 70 languages including Albanian, Asante Twi, Assamese, Bangla, Bosnian, Czech, Danish, English, English Short Commentary, Esperanto, German, Gujarati, Hebrew, Japanese, Kannada, Kashmiri, Kikamba, Korean, Luganda, Malagasy, Manipuri, Vietnamese, Nepalese, Oriya, Pashto, Persian, Polish, Portuguese, Punjabi – Gurmukhi, Russian, Saraiki, Sindhi, Sinhala, Spanish, Swahili, Swedish, Turkish, Marathi, and more…

[16:99] And when thou recitest the Qur’an, seek refuge with Allah from Satan the rejected.

[16:100] Surely, he [Satan] has no power over those who believe and who put their trust in their Lord.

[16:101] His power is only over those who make friends with him and who set up equals to Him.

Although these days, followers of many religions extend the hand of friendship to others in an effort to co-operate in all things good, the fact remains that the Holy Quran, the revealed book, word of the Lord, sends out this invitation of joining hands in worshipping the only God. In no other book will one find the slightest hint of the need for believers to invite the followers of other religions to collaborate in good deeds.

‘Say, ‘O people of the Book! Come to a word equal between us and you – that we worship none but Allah, and that we associate no partner with Him, and that some of us take not others for Lords beside Allah.’ (Chapter 3, Verse 65)

So Islam proclaims that if all men forget their differences, and remember that they all come from the same God, whether one calls Him Allah or Eloh or Jehovah, or Parmeshwar, or Nzambe, or by any other name, He is One. Thus Islam is all about Unity of God and unity of Mankind.

The Promised Messiah (as), ‘the re-advent of Jesus’, writes:

The Holy Qur’an contains everything that we need for our moral and spiritual advancement, including every beneficial, universal and eternal principle and precept from the earlier scriptures.

Its eternal truths and fine points are like the surging ocean and are visible in every direction. There is no truth that lies outside it. There is no wisdom that is not comprised in it. There is no light that is not obtainable through following it. It is an established and clearly proved fact which has been shining through 1,400 years. We have set out this eternal truth in great detail in this book and have expounded the fine points of the Qur’an at such length as to constitute a surging ocean for the satisfaction of a seeker of truth.” [Ruhani Khaza’in, Vol. 1, pp. 662-665, footnote 11]

There is nothing on this earth more beautiful and glorious than the Holy Qur’an. It is an inexhaustible treasure which will continue to disclose more of its hidden beauties with each passing generation – no generation can exhaust its beauty.

Newest understandings from The Holy Qur’an:

It has been now understood (through revelations to the Promised Messiah) that the period that elapsed between the creation of Adam and the advent of the Holy Prophet [peace and blessings of Allah be on him] is mentioned in Surah al-‘Asr in the value of its letters and amounts to 4,740 lunar years. [Izala-e-Auham, Ruhani Khaza’in, Vol. 3, pp. 255-262]

Can anyone please convert it into the English calendar years and let us know?

The Holy Qur’an sets out the principles of physical medicine in an excellent manner,” [Chashma-e-Ma‘rifat, Ruhani Khaza’in, Vol. 23, pp. 102-103]

Dr. Abdus Salam, the disowned Nobel laureate of Pakistan who was not only the first Pakistani but also the first Muslim from the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community to be award the Nobel Prize, explained, “Seven hundred and fifty verses of the Holy Qur’an – (almost one eighth of the Book) – exhorts the believers to study Nature, to reflect, to make the best use of reason in their search for the ultimate and to make the acquiring of knowledge and scientific comprehension part of the community’s life.”

And We have sent down to thee the Book to explain everything and a guidance and a mercy and glad tidings to those who submit to Allah. (The Holy Quran 16:90)

The ease of communication in our global village reminds me of a verse of the Holy Quran that predicted these phenomena.

“And when people are brought together as if they are a close family!” (Al Quran 81:8)

How wonderful!

It is amazing that a revelation in the seventh century Arabia could so accurately describe the details of the 21st century.

These are the Signs of Allah which We rehearse unto thee with truth. In what word, then, after rejecting the Word of Allah and His Signs, will they believe? (The Holy Quran, 45:7)

It is obvious that, for us Muslims, the Holy Qur’an is an authority of the highest grade ‘Surely conjecture avails naught (nothing) against truth.’ (10:37)

May Allah have mercy on all mankind and pour the glory and beauty of the Holy Qur’an into our hearts, minds and souls, so that we may become brilliant beacons of light. Aameen.

Qur’an on life & death & Hereafter (Only Heaven mentioned here, Hell stays with the disbeliever’s section):

Allah says in Qur’an-e-Kareem:

I have created jinn and men so that they should worship me. (Qur’an 51: 57).

[29:65] And this life of the world is nothing but a pastime and a sport. And the Home of the Hereafter — that indeed is Life, if they but knew!

[23:2-12] Successful indeed are the believers, Who are humble in their Prayers, And who shun all that which is vain, And who are prompt and regular in paying the Zakat, And who guard their chastity — Except from their wives or what their right hands possess, for then they are not to be blamed; …— And who are watchful of their trusts and their covenants, And who are strict in the observance of their Prayers. These are the heirs, Who will inherit Paradise. They will abide therein forever.

Islam insists on belief in the life after death. There are several matters of belief which Islam regards as essential, but belief in the life after death is concomitant with belief in the Existence of God (5:70). Failing belief in the life after death there is no faith at all. The absence of such belief is almost a negation of, and inconsistent with, belief in a Wise Creator.

[45:27] …‘It is Allah Who gives you life, then causes you to die; then He will gather you together unto the Day of Resurrection about which there is no doubt. But most men know not.’

Too often has man been apt to say: “There is no life other than our present life. We were without life and now we live; but we shall not be raised again”

(23:38). Man says: ‘What! When I am dead shall I be brought forth alive?’
Does not man remember that We created him before, when he was naught?”

(19:67-68) Man, and indeed the whole universe, has been brought into being from a state of nothingness.

Speaking about the ‘End times’ & ‘Day of Judgement/Resurrection’:

“Among His Signs is this; that thou seest the earth lying withered, but when We send down water on it, it stirs and swells with verdure. Surely He Who quickens the earth can quicken the dead. Verily, He has power over all things” (41:40).

[Al-Sajdah 32:12] Say, ‘The angel of death that has been put in charge of you will cause you to die; then to your Lord will you be brought back.’

[33:64] People ask thee concerning the Hour. Say, ‘The knowledge of it is with Allah alone.’ And what will make thee know that the Hour may be nigh (near)?

[22:2] O people, fear your Lord; verily the earthquake of the Hour is a tremendous thing —

[36:52] And the trumpet shall be blown, and lo! from the graves they will hasten on to their Lord.

[36:54] It will be but one blast and lo! they will all be brought before Us.

[36:55] And on that day, no soul will be wronged in aught; nor will you be requited but for what you used to do.

[5:120] Allah will say, ‘This is a day when only the truthful shall profit by their truthfulness. For them are Gardens beneath which streams flow; therein shall they abide for ever. Allah is well pleased with them, and they are well pleased with Him; that indeed is the great triumph.’

[54:55] Verily, the righteous will be in the midst of Gardens and streams,

[21:103] They will not hear the slightest sound thereof; and they shall abide in the state which their souls desire.

And let there be among you a body of men who should invite to goodness, and enjoin equity and forbid evil. And it is they who shall prosper. (3:103-105)

[41: 34] And who is better in speech than he who invites men to Allah and does righteous deeds and says, `I am, surely, of those who submit?’

[16:126] Call unto the way of thy Lord with wisdom and goodly exhortation and argue with them in a way that is best. Surely, thy Lord knows best who has strayed from HIS way; and HE also knows those who are rightly guided.

[16:129] Verily, ALLAH is with those who are righteous and those who do good.

An Important Note:

For those who are checking the verses of Quran from this message, please subtract One (-1) from all verse count stated, as I count ‘Bismillah’ occurring before the start of every Surah (Chapter) as the first aayat (verse) of every Surah so my number will be +1 to yours.

Reason being… God, in the prophecy of Deuteronomy 20:18-19, had said to Moses (pbuh) that: “I will raise them up a Prophet from among their brethren, like unto thee, and will put my words in his mouth; and he shall speak unto them all that I shall command him. And it shall come to pass, that whosoever will not hearken unto my words which he shall speak in my name, I will require it of him.

So it clearly meant that all whatever is recorded in the Quran are God’s words and not Mohammad (pbuh)’s! And so all the chapters in The Holy Quran start with ‘In the Name of Allah, the Gracious, the Merciful’ or ‘Bismillah-Hir-Rahman-Nir-Raheem’ except Surah 9 Al’Tauba (alone) which doesn’t start with it ONLY because is not a separate Surah in-itself but a part of Surah Al’Anfal.

Ahmadi Muslims believe that ‘Bismillah… Raheem’ is the first verse of each surah, and we believe (and this is true), that Bismillah was revealed with each Surah like other verses and so it is the start of each Surah, that is why we count Bismillah as verse number One while the other Muslim unfortunately don’t.

Dear reader,
May peace be with you in this life and in the Hereafter.

Spread light, spread this message and all details as much as you can and to as many as you ever can, in as many languages as you can, in all the ways you can… Because there are many out there who are on the wrong path. All of us have to turn to the almighty, the only one Lord of the worlds. And remember: The ink of scholar is more valuable than blood of martyr.

Even God says in the Qur’an-e-Kareem:

[9:122] …Why, then, does not a party from every section of them [believers] go forth that they may become well versed in religion, and that they may warn their people when they return to them, so that they may guard against evil?

All praise belongs to Allah, Lord of all the worlds

Say, “La ilaha il Allah, Muhammad-ur-Rasool-Allah” meaning “There is none worthy of worship but Allah, Muhammad [peace be upon him] is the messenger of Allah.”

Join me to praise the lord and His Messenger & His Book:

Naraa-e-Takbeer… Allahuakbar (God is the Greatest)
Hazrath Mohammad Mustafa… Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam (Peace & Blessings of Allah be upon him)
