The Truth Message – Part – 6.1:
Warning to world of faiths from the Promised Messiah of all World Religions
Surely, you must know this:
The Promised Messiah (as) was once asked by a non-Ahmadi Muslim:
‘What will be the fate of the Muslims or others who oppose the Promised Messiah? — will they ever progress in the world or would they be destroyed?’
The Promised Messiah (as) of Qadian replied:
As stated in the Ahadith, at the time of the Messiah only those will be saved who follow the Promised Messiah. Those who reject and oppose him will slowly be wiped out.
It is the practice of God Almighty, and since He created man on this earth, He has been demonstrating this practice, that He helps His messengers and grants them ascendancy. He has said:
kataballahu la’aghlebanna ana wa rusulee – meaning – Allah has decreed: Most surely I will prevail, I and My Messengers. Verily, Allah is Powerful, Mighty. (58:22)
And at other place we read:
Most surely We help Our Messengers and those who believe, both in the present life and on the day when the witnesses will stand forth. (Ch.40:V.52)
This verse holds out a promise to all Divine messengers that God’s help, comfort and support will always be with them and the evil designs and plans of their disbelieving opponents will all ultimately fail. The truth of this great promise has been demonstrated again and again throughout the history of prophet-hood.
This is confirmed by the Promised Messiah (as) where he states that this work is being done by God and it has been decided in the heavens that the Community of the Promised Messiah will spread and triumph and no one can halt its progress.
[8:60] And let not those who disbelieve think that they have outstripped Us. Surely, they cannot frustrate God’s purpose.
He says:
Unfortunate are those who have stayed away from our Jama’at. Within three hundred years it will come to pass that the Ahmadi Muslims will replace [the nations of] non-Ahmadi Muslims and the remaining non-Ahmadi Muslims will be of no consequence’, being so small in number.

[20:127] God will say, ‘Thus it was to be; Our Signs came to thee and thou didst disregard them; and in like manner wilt thou be disregarded this day.’
[20:128] And thus do We recompense him who is extravagant and believes not in the Signs of his Lord; and the punishment of the Hereafter is surely severer and more lasting.
Allah says:
[20:129] Does it not afford guidance to them how many generations We destroyed before them, in whose dwellings they now walk? Therein verily are Signs for those who are endued with reason.
[20:130] And had it not been for a word already gone forth from thy Lord, and a term already fixed, immediate punishment would have been inevitable.
Only a microscopic bacterium is more than enough to wipe out the entire human kind: just refer to history and see how even small bacteria could kill millions of humans just in a while… and you thought God needs to put high tides of Tsunami, terrible Tornadoes, earthquakes, etc? Well, think again how easy would it be to wipe you out, if you are one among the disbelievers.
The fact that the Jamaat had now spread to 206 countries across the world, with millions of members all united at the hand of Khilafat was in itself a great proof of the truth of Ahmadiyyat and a fulfillment of that grand revelation.
Hadhrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad in one of his Friday Sermon, said:
The strength, the spread and the success of our Community can never be stopped by our opponents. But our opponents should remember that when the Divine Power is forced to take action then they will not be able to escape His Wrath. At such a time no Mullah or cleric and not even the white-papered law will ever come to their aid. Indeed the so-called religious scholars, who cruelly justify their acts in the name of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) will stand at the front of the queue amongst those against whom God’s Sentence will pass.
Revelation of the Promised Messih (as):
The opponents will be totally crushed with the defeat and on that day the believers, both the first group and the last group, will be pleased. So he says to his community: Be sure, therefore, that the days are coming when all will be fulfilled according to the revelation. The enemy will be frustrated, the opponents will be humiliated, and victory will be demonstrated on every side. Be certain that this is in itself a victory and is a presage of the victory to come. [Anwarul-Islam, pp. 15–16, Ruhani Khaza’in, vol. 9, pp. 16–17]
[24:64] Treat not the calling of the Messenger among you like the calling of one of you to another. Allah does know those of you who steal away covertly. So let those who go against His command beware lest a trial afflict them or a grievous punishment overtake them.
Addressing the Promised Messiah God Almighty had said:
Thou art a Warner from Myself. Indeed I sent you so that the sinners may be separated from the righteous.’
Revelations to the Promised Messiah:
‘A Warner came to this world and the world did not accept him. But God will accept him and God will establish the truth of his claims with mighty onslaught. And I shall bless you to the extent that Kings will seek blessings from your garments.’
Soon a great kingdom will be bestowed upon him (meaning that, he will be granted acceptance and the hearts of a large number will be inclined towards him…) and treasures will be opened to him. Meaning wealth and in fact pure wealth is the wisdom that has been referred to in the hadith. This is the wealth which is a Sign among the Signs of the Promised Messiah.)
Allah, the Almighty had given the Divine assurance to Hadhrat Ahmad: I shall cause thy message to reach the corners of the earth.
Factually, in the beginning of his mission, The Promised Messiah was all alone, lacking all worldly resources, and only a few responded to this call. But with the promise of The Lord, today, the Ahmadiyya Muslim community stands strong as an organized and dynamic Muslim community with a population of tens of millions (with hundreds joining in daily) from more than 206 countries in the world. We are now led by his fifth successor (Caliph) Hazrath Mirza Masroor Ahmad, Amir al-Mu’minin, (ayyadahullahu ta‘ala bi nasrihil ‘aziz meaning May Allah assist him with His Mighty help and Allah grant him a long life).
It is certainly fortunate that through the Promised Messiah, peace be on him, the grand spiritual revolution of the latter days, as foretold by the Holy Prophet of Islam (PBUH) is gaining momentum throughout the nations of the world. This is a Divine mission that is bound to succeed and no power on earth will ever be able to block its onward march, Insha’Allah (God willing).
A Passionate Warning by the Holy Founder of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama‘at
Presented below is a moving excerpt from the writing of the Holy Founder of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama‘at. Addressing the ulema and the notables of the Muslim ummah, he poured out his heart’s anguish in the following words:
“The world does not know me, but He knows me Who has sent me. Those who wish my destruction are mistaken and extremely unfortunate. I am the tree which has been planted by the Lord God with His own hands…..
“O People!
You must understand this for sure that I am accompanied by that Hand which shall remain faithful to me till the end of time. If your men and your women, and your young and your old, and your insignificant ones and your notables: all committed themselves to praying for my destruction—so much so that your noses get withered and wasted away due to your endless prostrations, and your hands become numb, even then God will most certainly not accept your prayers, and He will not relent until His will is done. Even if I do not have a single human being with me, the angels of God will be on my side. And if you withhold your testimony, the stone will well nigh testify for me. Therefore, do not wrong your souls. God leaves nothing unresolved. I consider as accursed a life which is tainted with falsehood and lies, and which, out of the fear of the creatures of God, evades to comply with Divine imperatives. It is certainly impossible for me to show any slackness—even if the Sun moved from one side and the Earth from the other to crush me between them—in carrying out the duty which God Almighty has at the moment entrusted to me, and for which Alone He has sent me. What is man? A mere worm and nothing more than a clot! How then can I, for the sake of this lowly creature, fail to abide by what the Self-Subsistent Being has commanded. Just as God decided between His prophets and those who rejected them, so shall He decide now. There is a time for the prophets to come and a time to depart: do mark it for sure, that I have neither made a seasonless appearance, nor shall my exit be unseasonable. Don’t fight God. It is not for you to destroy me!” [Tohfae Golarviyyah, Roohaani Khazaa’in vol. 17, pp. 49-50]
“In the sheer name of God, I remind my opposing divines and their ilk that abuse and invective is not the way of gentlemen. If in your warped thinking, you insist on this misdemeanor, so be it. If you must take me as an impostor, you have also the option to assemble in your mosques and pray against me individually or in congregation. Were I an impostor, those prayers will certainly be answered. For the matter of that you always pray against me. “But do remember! Even if the profusion of your prayers were to lacerate your tongues, if you rub out your noses in prostration and your eyelids rot on account of tears, your eyelashes fall, your eyesight gets impaired because of excessive crying, and your mind becomes blank to end up in melancholia—even then those prayers shall not be heard, because I am from God…. My opponents are fortuitously engaged in self-destruction: I am not the plant which can be uprooted by their hands…. O, God! Do Thou have mercy on this ummah. Amen!” [Arba’een, Roohaani Khazaa’in vol. 17, pp. 471-472]

A Message Of Peace With A Word Of Warning from the Promised Messiah [pbuh]:
In accord with divine principles, Allah, the Exalted, sent a Warner in this age also and assured him that He would make his truth manifest through powerful argument. Out of a deeply moved and disturbed heart this Divine Warner (Hadhrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad of Qadian, the Promised Messiah(as)) admonished humanity in the light of the knowledge vouchsafed to him by Allah, the All-Knowing and All-Aware, and in prose and verse set forth in advance that which was approaching.
I shall now proceed to present to you a few lines of his warnings in his own words (translated to English). In April 1905 he warned:
A mighty sign is due to appear in a short while which will shake cities and villages and meadows. A sudden manifestation of divine wrath will overtake humanity…. In a moment the earth will be turned upside down and streams of blood shall flow in channels.
All men, high and low, will be terrified with fear… That divine sign will be a sample of heavenly wrath; heaven will deliver its attacks with its drawn sword. Such destruction will overtake cities and towns, of which there has never been the like ever before. In a single movement dwellings shall become mounds of rubble, the loss of life will be incalculable.
He says further:
My friends, the days of earthquakes are again approaching; days not merely of an earthquake but of the passing away of multitudes. He will demonstrate the brilliance of His Sign five times. This is God’s word which you will appreciate only when it is fulfilled. (Book: Haqeeqat-ul-Wahi)
Now people! This was said 100 years ago and today we hear news of earthquakes from everywhere: Here’s something for those who can understand signs.
This great Warner was addressed by Allah, the Glorious, in the following terms:
… Allah will show you the earthquake of the last day. On that day it will be asked Whose is the kingdom today? Is it not the kingdom of Allah the One, the Most Supreme? I shall manifest this sign to you five times. If I so willed the world would end that day. (Haqeeqatul Wahi, p.93)
A majority of people are happy going about their lives without realizing that signs have appeared that God wishes to change this world.
The five Signs… or Five Great Calamities:
O Well! Enough spoon-feeding now; fend them yourself…! Good Bye!

Okay, I come back only to conclude:
After you have found out you’ll know that three of the five great calamities prophesied have already happened. They happened as had been prophesied. All these events are important landmarks in the history of man… Those were not ordinary events.
I now proceed to set forth the words in which this great Warner admonished the peoples of the world: The Divine Warner has warned you in the name of God and His Messenger, the Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of God be on him). He has done his duty. It is my prayer that God grant you the strength and courage to do your duty. Let me conclude in his words:
‘God Almighty has conveyed to me intimations of approaching earthquakes. Be sure then that as, in accord with these prophecies, there have been severe earthquakes in America and in Europe, they will occur in different parts of Asia also. Some of them will be a sample of the Judgement Day. There will be such loss of life that blood will run in streams. Such destruction will overtake the earth as will not have occurred ever before since the creation of man.
Most habitations will be turned upside down, as if they had never been dwelt in. In addition there will be other afflictions both on the earth and in the heaven in terrifying shapes, so much so that they will appear most extraordinary in the estimation of every sensible person. No mention of them will be discovered in the books of philosophy and astronomy. Mankind will be severely disturbed and will wonder what was about to happen. Many will be delivered and many will be destroyed.
‘The days are near; indeed they are at the door, when the world will witness a Judgement Day. Not only will earthquakes happen but other frightening afflictions will also be manifested, some of them from heaven and some from the earth. All this will come about because man has given up the worship of the True God and men’s hearts and designs and fancies have all concentrated on the world. Had I not appeared these afflictions may have been delayed but by my coming God’s secret wrathful designs have become manifest after a long period, as God has said:
We never punish (a people) until after We have sent a Messenger. (Ch.17:V.16)
‘Those who repent will be secure and those who fear God before an affliction overtakes them will be shown mercy. Do you imagine that you will be secure against these earthquakes or that you can safeguard yourselves through your own designs? Certainly not!
That day all human schemes shall fail. Think not that earthquakes visited America and other continents but that your own country shall remain secure. Indeed, you may experience a greater hardship.
‘Thou art not secure, O Europe, nor thou, O Asia. O dwellers of the islands, no self-made deity of yours will be able to help you. I behold cities falling and habitations in ruins. That One and Unique Being, the lord, remained silent for a time. Forbidden deeds were done before his eyes, and He forbore. But now He will display His countenance in a terrifying shape. Let him who has ears hear that the time is not far. I have done my best to bring all under the protection of God, but it was destined that what was written should come to pass. Truly do I say that the turn of this land, too is approaching fast. The times of Noah shall reappear before your eyes, and your own eyes will be witnesses to the calamity that overtook the cities of Lot.
But God is slow in His wrath. Repent that you may be shown mercy.’ (Haqeeqatul Wahi, pp.256-7)
Warnings of Maseeha Mirza Ghulam Ahmad (phub)
These prophecies considered together make it clear that the Warner of the age has alerted humanity against the coming calamities. The prophecies not only refer to literal earthquakes that destroy life and property within a matter of minutes, but also earthquakes of titanic proportions in the way of world catastrophes.The prophecies had indicated that the affliction that had been presaged in them would have no equal in human history. There would be enormous loss of human lives. The earth would assume a new aspect and human thinking and outlook would be revolutionised. Death and destruction will rain from the sky and fierce flames will engulf the earth. The colossus of modern civilization will tumble to the ground – a bloodbath – that will leave mankind shaken and chastened.
This ruin will crush the world in consequence of associating a partner with God, disobedience of His Commandments and turning away from the guidance furnished by Him.
But people! Let us not forget that this prophecy, like all prophecies, is a warning and its fulfillment can be delayed or even averted provided man turns to his Lord, repents and mends his ways – this is indeed possible.
Our merciful Lord can yet avert divine wrath if we stops worshipping false deities, or our wealth, power and prestige and instead establish a genuine relationship with Lord, refrains from all transgression, and do our duty towards God and man. It all basically depends on individual attempts joined for the greater good.
This on-coming calamity can be averted through sincere repentance and earnest supplications for forgiveness. If man was to abandon all forms of association of others with God, establish true communion with Him, discard all vice and wrongdoing, become diligent in performing all his obligations to God and to his fellow beings, and is to cultivate true sympathy for the whole of mankind, this threatened torment could be averted.
The punishments of God, which descend on the world in the form of calamities, are for sure deferred through charity, alms-giving, prayer, repentance, lowliness and humility. In the same way, when the fire of an epidemic flares greatly, all nations of
the world naturally engage in prayer, repentance, seeking forgiveness and charitable giving.Repentance and prayer at times of calamities have proven beneficial for man, that is, a calamity is deferred through repentance and seeking forgiveness, just as the punishment of the nation of Prophet Yunus [Jonah] was deferred. In the same way, the punishment of Israelites was deferred several times through the prayers of Hadhrat Moosa [Moses].
All kinds of world disasters can be prevented if we repent and accept the Way of God – as God is Most Merciful.
A morally stronger society living in a most peaceful environment can be achieved by re-establishing this connection with God and His Messengers. My prayer is for all of mankind to turn in obedience to its Creator and to enter the Ark of the Promised Messiah (as) that it may be saved from any impending torment. Amin.
Are we willing for spiritual bliss and happiness? If not, Divine wrath is bound to descend.
If we do not give up our evil ways and persist in arrogance, no power and no false gods shall avail us aught against the promised chastisement. Be kind, therefore, to your own selves and to your children! Listen to the voice of your Lord, Most Gracious, Ever Merciful. May He smile on you with compassion and grant you the strength and the opportunity to accept and to profit from the truth.
The believers shall be saved as the believers were saved at the times of Noah, at the times of Lot, at the times of Moses, etc.
This aspect of Divine grace is indicated both in Chapter 20 of the Holy Qur’an and in the prophecies of Hadhrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad (as).
Individuals inclined towards humility, meekness and selflessness will win the grace and mercy of Allah and would thus find deliverance.
It must be remembered, however, that in order to achieve the deliverance presaged in what has just been said, it is essential that today’s man should turn to his Lord, his Maker with true remorse, sincere heart and pure intent. He should prostrate himself at the threshold of God with sincerity and repentant heart and supplicate for Divine mercy seeking forgiveness for his sins and defaults. He should lay aside all pride, arrogance and deviation, thus purifying his heart of every vice and self-indulgence; he should seek Divine help to be guided along the straight path. It is then that Divine mercy would be stirred and every seeker after truth would be guided to the straight path which is the path of the Holy Prophet (saw) in whose teaching there is no deviation. That path is the true and straight path of Islam. So long as man does not discard every type of deviation and so long as human culture is not rid of every type of inequality, man will not be able to follow in the footsteps of the Holy Prophet(saw) whose teaching, according to the Holy Qur’an, is subject to no deviation (Ch.20 : V.109).
This is a brief outline of the warning and glad tidings which are directed towards today’s man. If he does not reform himself and continues inebriated with his fancied power and authority he is bound to encounter such ruin as would be a sample of the Judgement Day and there would be such loss of human lives as is beyond imagination. But if he takes himself in hand and carries out the needed change in his life, and, discarding worldly comfort and luxury, becomes a sincere seeker of spiritual joy and delight, there is the great news for him that he would be redeemed and would become deserving of his Lord’s mercy, pleasure and love.
In the Holy Qur’an, God Almighty has set forth a fundamental principle which regulates His chastisement and His mercy, which is:
I will inflict my punishment on whom I will (determine); but My mercy encompasseth all… (Ch.7: V.157)

Basing myself on this Qur’anic fundamental, I call all of you to my Lord and your Lord and convey to you the good news that these grave prophecies of ruin and destruction can be averted and man can become heir to God’s mercy instead of earning His chastisement. A society patterned on injustice and wrong can be moulded into a pattern of equality and mutual sympathy. The only condition is that man should turn to his Master and Maker and repenting sincerely should establish a true relationship with Him.
Witnessing man’s miserable condition in the present age, my heart sheds tears of blood and the love of humanity and sympathy with my fellow beings compels me to invite you to the following of Muhammad (saw), the Chosen Messenger of Allah, who was raised as a mercy for the Universe. As a humble servant of his, it is my sincere desire that you should pay attention to this invitation of mine and should reflect on it with unprejudiced minds.
May Allah enable today’s man to carry out a change in his condition, mend his ways and discarding the worship of false gods, to prostrate himself at the threshold of his Creator like the followers of the Prophet Jonas (as) and that the same scene of turning to the only True God may be witnessed in every city and town as was witnessed in the case of the people of the Prophet Jonas (as). Amin. (Fourth Successor of Hadhrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad (as) of Qadian)
And I pray to the Lord for you:
[40:8] …‘Our Lord, Thou dost comprehend all things in Thy mercy and knowledge. So forgive those who repent and follow Thy way; and protect them from the punishment of Hell.
[40:9] ‘And make them, our Lord, enter the Gardens of Eternity which Thou hast promised them, as well as such of their fathers and their wives and their children as are virtuous. Surely Thou art the Mighty, the Wise.
