Inagural plate at Baitur Rashid Hamburg by Ahmadiyya Times

After a powerful and inspiring address at European Parliament, Khalifa of Islam, his holiness Mirza Masroor Ahmad, arrived in the city of Hamburg on 05.12.2012. On arrival the supreme head of Ahmadiyya Muslim Community was welcomed by hundreds of community members. He inaugurated and formally named “Baitur Rashid” (center and worship place of Hamburg Ahmadiyya Muslim Community) as part of 100 mosque scheme. Ahmadiyya Muslim Community has undertaken a scheme of constructing 100 mosques in Germany. With the addition of Baitur Rashid to this scheme, the number of proper mosques (with minarets) will be reaching almost 40 or more.

In the evening Khalifa of Islam, His Holiness Mirza Masroor Ahmad met with dignitaries of Hamburg.  The dignitaries included politicians, professors, doctors and leaders of different religious faith.  In his very powerful and inspiring address, supreme head of Ahmadiyya Muslim Community stressed upon the loyalty to the country in which some one is residing. Round about 100 dignitaries benefited from the precious advises of the Khalifa of Islam. On 07.12.2012, Ahmadiyya Muslim Community Hamburg has rented a big sport hall where the Khalifa of Islam, his holiness Mirza Masroor Ahmad will deliver his Friday sermon. Hall has capacity to accommodate almost 5000 individuals.  Muslim Television Ahmadiyya International, (MTA) will telecast the Friday Sermon of Khalifa of Islam.
