It has just been Earth Hour and soon it will be Earth Day; are you doing your bit to save us all from impending doom?

What do you think the future has in store for us?

I recently got a retirement pay slip thing from my company and while that in itself is not interesting, even for me, I did see something that caught my eye.

On the top left it said “expiration date: 2035”. Now I am guessing this is either when they want me to stop working, or this is when they are predicting monkeys to rule the world, thus finally changing our currency into the banana monetary system.

Why I think we must be worried

But don’t worry; we are a clever bunch, right?

We can take this opportunity to teach our children about habits we should have been taught decades ago
