Germany is an important country of Europe. Serious points have been raised in this article. It needs in depth analysis by Islamic Law experts. Hope some one can do it.
One point where the Islamic system of justice is completely different to the west is that the victim’s family (in a murder case) can either ‘forgive’ or ‘not’. In Western justice there is no such provision.
In fact the Western system more or less ignores the victims.
