    EXCERPT FROM THE HOLY QUR’AN

    He it is Who has raised among the unlettered people a Messenger from among themselves who recites unto them His Signs, and purifies them, and teaches them the Book and Wisdom though before that they were in manifest error; And He will raise him among others of them who have not yet joined them. He is the Mighty, the Wise. That is Allah’s grace; He bestows it on whom He pleases; and Allah is the Lord of immense grace.

    Holy Qur’an (62:3-5)

    SAYINGS OF THE HOLY PROPHET MUHAMMAD (SA)

    Hadrat Abu Hurrairah (ra) narrates:

    “When Sura Juma`a was revealed to the Holy Prophet (sa) we happened to be there in his company. When he recited the verse ‘ others from among them and have not joined them’, someone asked, ‘who are they O Messenger of Allah?’ The Holy Prophet (sa) did not respond to him unless that person repeated the question three times. At that time Salman (ra), the Persian was also sitting amongst us. The Holy Prophet (sa) put his hand on him and said, ‘Even if faith ascended to the Pleiades, there would be someone or some men from his people who would restore it back.’

    Holy Prophet (peace be upon him)
    is reported to have said:

    “One who dies without accepting the Imam (Appointed by Allah) of the time,
    his death is a death in disbelief”.
    [53] ( Musnath Ahmad Bin Hambal Vol : 4. P : 96. )

    “And there is no Mahdi, but Jesus, son of Mary”
    ( Ibne Maajah Vol : 02 . P : 509 .
    Kansul Ummal Vol : 07 . P : 156 . )

    Regarding Imam Mahdi,
    our beloved master HOLY PROPHET ( S A )said:

    “When you see him (Imam Mahdi)
    then certainly perform bait
    to him even if you have
    to crawl over your knees through
    the mountains of snow because
    he (Imam Mahdi) will be the Khalifa of Allah.”
    [54]. ( Ibne Maajah P : 310 . Aboodawood Vol : 02 .
    Biharul Anwar Vol : 13 . P : 21 . )

    “One who obeyed Imam Mahdi obeyed me,
    one who disobeyed him disobeyed me”
    [55]. ( Beharul Anwar Vol : 13 P : 17 )
    ( DISBELIEVERS ) ( KAFIR )

    “One who rejected Imam Mahdi he did kufr” [56].

    Do we see the promise of Allah
    made in the words,
    “And thou seest men entering the religion
    of Allah in troops.”,
    being fulfilled again in favor of
    Ahmadiyya Movement in Islam.

  3. Imam Bukhari and Imam Muslim who compiled important books of Hadith, did not take many (or any) Hadith concerning Imam Mahdi. The reason was that they believed that Imam Mahdi and the Promised Messiah was one and the same person. They were not two different persons.

    Both Bukhari and Muslim noted the most important hadith about the coming of the Messiah which goes with the oath of Allah as follows:
    The prophet Muhammad s.a.w.s. said,”By the one in whose hand is my life, Ibn e Maryam will descend amongst YOU as a just judge (hakaman adalan). He will break the Cross and kill the swine,,,,,,

    Every one knows that most of things (persons, acts) mentioned in that all important Hadith are symbolic, not literal. the prophet s.a.w.s. was speaking to the Companions. he said “Isa Ibne Maryam will descend amongst YOU”…. But no one descended. So the word YOU has some other meaning. It does not mean the sahabah.

    The breaking of the Cross has been explained by many maulvis as the end (failure) of church teachings. Similarly the killing of swines has also been explained as not exactly chasing the swines…
    There are four important words (items) in this Hadith. Three have been explained as being metaphorical. The fourth name is Isa Ibne Maryam.
    When all other things have been wisely interpreted, why cannot the word Ibne Maryam be interpreted as some one not applying to real Isa Ibne Maryam??
    There is a Hadith: The prophet Muhammad s.a.w.s. said, “I am more entitled to be Ibne Maryam…” It meant that he was more suitable to be called Ibne Maryam. The exact arabic words in that Hadith are “Anaa aulaa bi Ibne Maryam…” meaning I am more (close)deserving to be Ibne Maryam..
    When the Prophet Muhammad s.a.w.s. calls himslef to be more entitled to be Ibne Maryam then why cannot his representative (hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad qadiani a.s.) be called Ibne Maryam?? please think over this….
    The real original Ibne Maryam can never come back because he has died a natural death at the good age of 120 years, as mentioned in another important Hadith. Deedah baayad. wassalam..
