“I love Muhammad” day celebrated in Connecticut

“I love Muhammad” day was celebrated in University of Connecticut located in Storrs in the Student union hall. After recitation by Mr Ahmad Kusi, two young children recited an Arabic qaseeda in honor of Prophet Muhammad. Members of the audience saw a segment of PBS documentary on the life Prophet Muhammad (saw). First speech was by Mr Mannan, followed by an informative presentation with useful slides by Dr Mahmud Qureshi, president of local chapter of Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at. It was titled Where Prophet Muhammad went right and Muslims went wrong. every one enjoyed this presentation, followed by Q & A. the session concluded with silent prayers. Later everyone saw the exhibition and refreshments were served.
