Terrible. Double terrible, actually. The first ‘terrible’ relates to the nursing care that is done in such a way that people would prefer suicide and the second ‘terrible’ refers to the fact that the religious prohibition on suicide (in practically all religions, definately Christianity and Islam) is no longer considered an issue.
