More and more people are speaking out against the Saudi regime, and the way in which its Wahhabi ideology has linked together an utter disregard for the historical heritage of Muslims with an unabashed embrace of vapid capitalism. In both Mecca and Medina, the Saudi state has already bulldozed over 90% of the Islamic monuments going back some 1400 years. In their place, they are putting up five star hotels, parking lots, and shopping malls.
Adding injury to insult is this: In the same cities of Mecca and Medina that historical shrines and cemeteries of the family of the Prophet have ben bulldozed by the Wahhabi state, we now have the establishment of shopping malls featuring…. Paris Hilton.

As for the shop it could exist. Islam has no fear from purses or shops. Unless they are not vulgar. But erasing the sacred places of our emotional attachment really hurts a lot. And I mean lot!! really!! (:

Probably ordinary Muslims do not know all this.
Even if the knew they will not and cannot do anything. They only have authority and tongues for Ahmdis.
Saudis, don’t care for Pakistanis or rest of the Muslim world. They call all Pakistanis “Miskeens” the poor. Or beggars. They cannot even murmur in front of Saudis let alone protest.
We should keep emotions aside and look at things in the perspective of teachings of holy Quran and Nabi e Karim SA’s practices

Are they reintroducing the 365 idols of jahilia along side Allah (subahannahu wa AAlaa from that eivel looking tower of paris hilton and the likes thereof hovering over the kaaba. well congratulations wahabis you just errected the symbolic meaning of the cross. MATERIALISM over the humble spirit of the true Islam who’s blood is still being shed to save the world from the idol worship of the material world for the love of god and humanity.

Let all the true, God fearing practical Muslims through the world pray and pray and continue praying that the rulers of the holy land of Arabia develop and adopt a balanced sense of thinking and responsibility so that they stop doing more damage to the shape and form of the original characteristics of the Islamic Monuments as stood 1400 years back in the glorious times of the Holy Prophet of Islam, pbuh, and KhulafaiRashedeen, Ameen Allahuma Ameen. Let all the lovers of Islam become bold enough to say and convey to the rulers a strong ‘NO’ to all such Hilton type of Western, Americanized materialistic constructions in and around Makka Mukkarama and Madina Munawwara
and that the original spiritual surrounding of the holy land is kept intact for the benefit of the future generations up to the Final Judgement day, Ameen.
There are only two islamic monuments: the quran and the kaaba.
As for the paris hilton shop and the shopping malls and the hotels, it would be better for them to stop worshipping the money and instead give that money to reduce the injustice in the world to which instead they are adding…
