Cinnamon oil (with Eugenol as its ingredient)is especially used as an antiseptic and antispasmodic. Some studies have suggested its role in pre diabetic patients. In diabetics it has been reported to enhance the insulin sensitivity.
I am 54,I came to know about the benefits of Cinnamon in 2002 through the published reports of Canadian and Norwegian health scientists.
I was suffeing acidity and ulcer in my stomach. I could not eat my food with chillies, curries and many other Asian foods
I made a paste mixing one Table spoon Cinnamone grounded and three Table spoon of pure German Acacia Honey. I used it regularly in a cup of hot water just as tea. within few days all acidity and ulcer pain disappeared and I was cured successfully. Now I can chillies and all Asian foods as normal. Alhamdolillah.

I am diabetic and I am personally witness the curing effects of cinnamon, by its use in tea or coffee my intake quantity of Metformen reduced from two pills 500 mg to on pill a day. Alhamdolillah.
I have read in a book that half hour before mail taking half (tea) Spoon Cinnamon is the best natural cure for diabetes.
Cinnamon capsules are also available in the pharmacies.
physical exercise and fiber rich food is also having good impact upon diabetes.
Worries badly impact it, avoid them if at all possible.
