The North Bay Public Library will host an open house Saturday from noon till 4pm to promote religious harmony.

The Tribute to Mother Mary (An Islamic Perspective) aims to dispel misconceptions about Islam and to educate people about the status Islam gives to Mother Mary and women in general.

The open house is sponsored by Ahmadiyya Muslim Youth Assocaition of Canada, which was recently in North Bay to promote peace and educate people about Islam.
