US Federal Appeals court has blocked an Oklahoma State Ballot approved measure that barred state Judges from considering Islamic Law, or other international Law in their decision making.

The Oklahoma ballot question came as a result of a similar legal case in New Jersey, where a Muslim woman took her spouse to Family court for rape charges. The judge ruled against her citing the husband was abiding by his Muslim beliefs. Read more...
