The head of the Christians should be Jesus a.s. only. He taught as mentioned in the Quran “Allah is my Lord and your Lord. So worship Him only. That is the right way.” (Chapter 19 of Quran.)
Jesus never made any mistake. His God was the same as that of Abraham and Moses a.s. He never did anything against the law of Moses a.s.
When Jesus a.s. had gone away from the scene, the later enemies worked to spoil everything for the followers of Jesus a.s. They invented original sin and Trinity. Jesus never spoke about any original sin.
