At least I beg to differ with your prediction. One should not forget there exists God who created the mankind. Along with provision of materialistic requirements He, the Almighty, has always taken care of the spiritual needs of mankind. In your analysis you hardly mentioned the Islamic civilization which left great impact on mankind. As prophesied by the great prophet of Islam Muhammad (savs) and also contained in Bible, in later days will appear a reformer to reform the whole mankind. Some call it Imam Mahdi, Some Messiah etc. His appearance in Islam aught to affect the spiritual side of whole mankind. According to Armadiyya belief He has already appeared and his teachings affecting mankind. While others still wait for this entity. So your prediction that everyone who is caught believing in a religion will be considered a circus showcase is strongly rejected.
