Leipzig (dpa / sn) – The Ahmadiyya Muslim Community (AMJ) wants to build a mosque with two to twelve meters tall minarets in Leipzig.

“The City Authorities will determine whether the project would be compatible with our building codes and development plans,” a spokesman of the Leipzig Town Hall stated on Sunday according to the news agency dpa.

According to a report in the “Leipzig People’s Daily” (Saturday), the municipality has a wasteland in Gohlis district, near the center of the visor.
