Father Shoots Son Dead For Embarrassing Him

The people of Kalba in the Kalba-Tuna district of the Northern Region are yet to come to terms with the bizarre circumstances leading to the alleged shooting to death of a 35-year old farmer by his own father.

The deceased, Kofi Haaner was shot on his bed at night by the suspect, Njuary Haaner, who was allegedly enraged by the fact that the deceased had gone to Haaner’s brother to seek financial assistance to treat his sick wife after he the father had refused to give him the money.

The body of Kofi has since been deposited at the Bole hospital morgue awaiting autopsy while the father, Hanner is in the grips of the police.

  1. It is very heart grieving news. It looks People of the world are becoming insane. As if there is a competition of insanity among the nations.And yet they do not need a reformer a spiritual guide?
    There is a dire need of a grand spiritual leader that will teach them manners,correct their thinking and reunite mankind with God.

    Killing is of various types, not just burying infant girls alive, and some parents are guilty of crimes of cruelty and abuse against their own children, as are some supposed guardians.

    Religious leaders are also supposed have a role or nurturing which can be likened to that of parents, and the abuse of heedless members/followers by the daalleen and evil leaders in authority and such likes is fairly common-place:

    “And when he is in authority, he runs about in the land to create disorder in it and destroy the crops and the progeny of man; and Allah loves not disorder.” [2:206]
