Punjabnewsline.com: QADIAN (GURDASPUR): Tension prevailed in the area after a person posing himself as Tahir Ahmed insulted Sikh gurus in a facebook post. The person claimed that he allegedly belonged to Ahmadiyya Jamaat.

He pasted two photographs in his fake face book account. On right side he showed Guru Nanak Dev with Sikh Gurus and crossed their face with red pen. On the right hand side he put photograph of Hadhrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad founder of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jamaat stating that Hindus, Sikhs and Muslims should accept him as their saviour or they will go to hell.
On the other hand Ahmadiyya Muslim Jamaat condemned this act. In a press statement Mohammad Nasim Khan spokesman of Ahmadiyya Muslim Jamaat said they respect all the religions and believe that all spiritual leaders are true and they respect all of them.

Most likely this post was made by an enemy of the Ahmadiyya Jama’at, who wants to create tension between the communities. Unfortunately such wrong postings are easy on facebook. Let’s hope and pray that this matter can be dealt with peacefully and quickly.
I personally remember the superb hospitality extended to me and my family during my visit to Qadian by our Sikh host.
My sincere feelings to our Sikh brothers.
An Ahmadi can’t do it. never ever
