Sharjah: A resident of Sharjah will soon be able to call his house a home as it is due for a makeover thanks to Dr Shaikh Sultan Bin Mohammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah. Shaikh Sultan learned of Abu Mohammad’s financial difficulties from a live show on Ajman Radio that zooms in on the problems Sharjah residents face. He then ordered the Sharjah Housing Department to help renovate the Emirati’s house. A Dh20 million fund is allocated by Shaikh Sultan to help in the renovation of citizens’ houses. Abu Mohammad’s family will be provided with a temporary accommodation by the housing department during the restoration period.
