AMMAN — Chairman of the Joint Chiefs-of-Staff Lt. Gen. Mashal Al Zaben on Thursday instructed the commander of the Northern Military Zone to renovate the house of an elderly woman in the area and to cover its maintenance expenses.

Um Raed had telephoned an FM station owned by the Jordan Armed Forces and told them about her difficult living conditions.
