  1. Very sound advice. After going through the slides I think I am following many of the points but eating small amounts six times a day appears tough. I have been programmed to eat three times a day. After reading this good advice, I think I am going to change to eating small portions several times. Thanks for good information.

  2. As Holy Prophet (sm) mentioned during any meal your stomach should filled with one third food, one third water and one third should be empty. Simple yet you need a lot of discipline to follow
    this advice.
