This year by the Grace of Allah, Huzur (atba) sent Dr. Imtiaz Ahmad Chaudry of America as his international representative. In his speech, President Ernest Bai Koroma commended the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at for its services in the field of Health, Education and Energy. He said that the Ahmadiyya Schools have produced high level office bearers in the country such as the Vice President of the country, various Ministers, Professors etc. and this has been due to the hard work done by the Ahmadiyya community for the progress of the nation.
He further said that for the progress of the nation we will have to change our attitude and the best way to do that is to follow the Ahmadiyya Jama’at’s motto of Love for all hatred for none.
Message from His Holiness Hadhrat Khalifatul Masih the Fifth (atba) was read by Dr. Imtiaz Ahmad Chaudry. Apart from English Language the message was also read out in the local languages of Mende and Temne. It was also printed in a booklet form for people to benefit.
May Allah continue to enable the community to organize such events and enable them to continue to serve the nation in the best possible way. Ameen

Alhamdolillah! MTA should try to cover Africa more … (a humble suggestion…) We would all love to watch more programs on Africa.
Good to hear about this country. Masha Allah indeed!
AssalamoAlaikom. My dear brothers-in-faith. On this august occasion, the news/report of the 51st Jalsa Salana of Sierra Leone, with inspiring facts and figures, make the distanced readers all the more pleased to know that so many highly placed promonent people and dignitaries of the state and government were amongst the 15 thousand attendants of the annual gathering of the Ahmadiyya Muslim community of the West African state of Sierra Leone. Reading the despatch made this humble one, feel special spiritual links with you brothers attending the Jalsa. And the’Jalsagah’the avenue, The Ahmadiyya Muslim School, Bo Town, also makes me recall my personal links with you, brothers-in-Islame Ahmadiyyat. Yes! this inspiring report makes me recall my dear cousin, who had served in your beautiful country as a missionary during fifties and sixties. And as he possessed many degrees, including Bsc./M.A and also had BT.(Bachelor-in-Teaching) degree, too, he was very much fond of establishing more and more schools in SL. The name of my brother was Alhaj Sheikh Naseeruddin Ahmad. After retirement, he lived in America and found his last resting place there some thirty years back. May God bless his soul. Ameen. Then, the Ahmadiyya Secondary school of Bo Town, reminds me of my class-fellow, and a dear friend, who served ‘Bo’ school for decades as its Principal. His name is Mr. Lutfur Rahman Mehmood. He was a very good student and in practicalife was an ideal teacher, also a fine administrator, a good writer/debator and a poet too,who used to ‘create’ poems in English,Urdu and Punjabi languages. Presently he resides in USA and writes profusely in American magazine, Al-noor monthly. I wish him a more happy and gainful life of glorified successes. Ameen. Okay brothers, remember each others in prayers and Pray for all the more glorious achievements of Islame- Ahmadiyyat under Hazoor-e-Anwar, Hazrat Khalifatul Masih Al-khamis.(atba) with this I beg your leave with heart-felt congratulaions on this historic 51st Jalsa Salana,2012. Wassalam.
