PESHAWAR: “You want to feed them so they grow stronger and attack us” an angry Maulana Samiul Haq lashed out at the government after the joint session unanimously adopted revised recommendations of the Parliamentary Committee on National Security on Thursday, thereby approving reopening of NATO supply lines.
Chairman of the Difa-e-Pakistan Council, Maulana Samiul Haq was addressing a press conference in reference to the clause which allowed reopening of the Nato supply lines – though sanction has not been provided for transfer weapons for US troops through Pakistan, along with Jamaat-e-Islami’s, Provincial Chief, Professor Ibrahim at the Markaz-e-Islami.
