Ivanka Trump told her father he had to get rid of campaign manager Corey Lewandowski or else she would no longer help his campaign, CNN’s Dana Bash reports. Lewandowski was fired after a Monday morning meeting with Donald Trump, his children, and several staffers. New York magazine’s Gabriel Sherman reports Lewandowski’s ouster was the result of a “coup led by Trump’s children, Ivanka, Eric, and Donald Jr.” Paul Manafort is now fully in charge of the campaign.
So children have power in Trump family. Good sign.
