JEDDAH: The country’s youth are in danger of becoming atheists or rejecting religion if nothing is done to counter militant and extremist ideas, said Minister of Islamic Affairs Sheikh Saleh Al-Asheikh recently.
Speaking during the third meeting of Islamic affairs ministers of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, Al-Asheikh said there must be a move to ensure young people are taught about the moderate message of Islam.
