Speakers at a conference titled “ Peace and harmony” said the Ahmadiyya community was leading the way in removing misconceptions about Islam.
They also urged for organizing more such programmes in broader periphery.
The programme was held at 6.pm at hotel Lords Inn in the port city of Chittagong.

Despite cruelties and injustices, the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jamaat never responded with anything other than with peace, Prof. Hasan said as he thanked the organizer for such a informative programme.
Dr. Jinnoboudi Biksu, appreciated the community for relentless effort in propagating peace and thanked the organizer for inviting him to the occasion.
Dr. Imamuddin who has undertaken a research work on the Ahmadiyya Community, expressed his solidarity with the jamaat and assured of his continued cooperation.
Among others principal Kafiluddin, a number of dignitaries including architect and engineer also spoke on the occasion.
The function ended with dinner and display of video clips from London Peace Conference of the jamaat.
