KASUR: An enraged mob beat a Christian couple to death in Pakistan and burnt their bodies in the brick kiln where they worked on Tuesday for allegedly desecrating pages of Holy Quran, police said.
The incident took place at the town of Kot Radha Kishan, some 60 kilometres (40 miles) southwest of the city of Lahore, and is the latest example of mob violence against minorities accused of blasphemy.
“A mob attacked a Christian couple after accusing them of desecration of the Holy Quran and later burnt their bodies at a brick kiln where they worked,” local police station official Bin-Yameen told AFP.
“Yesterday an incident of desecration of the Holy Book took place in the area and today the mob first beat the couple and later set their bodies on fire at a brick kiln,” he added. More

How many a times the Mushriqs of Arabia would have caused desecration during the time of Holy Prophet and how many examples or Sunnah of the Holy Prophet give any proof that he burnt them alive or even punished them at the least. Which Islam is this being practiced and preached in Pakistan and other Islamic countries. It is not Islm it is Wahabism , even Abdul Wahab did not go to this extent. It is not a religin. It is pure barbarism.. It is doomed for humanity is at stae if they surivive.

When will the Government of Pakistan begin to understand the difference between RIGHT and WRONG? How long are the innocents to suffer? No solutions?
A bunch of barbarians that has nothing to do with Islam apart from calling themselves Muslims. You are desecrating Islam the very religion you supposedly want to defend.
The brutal killing of this poor couple is truly a heart breaking occurrence. They could have been saved if the Pakistani police were bold enough! Four to five policemen arrived on the spot but they were small numbers as compared to those who were beating the couple. It seems like even law has become useless and helpless in Pakistan!
The Holy Quran clearly states that killing a person is as if he had kill all mankind (Al-Maidah CH:5 Verse:33)
Being an Ahmadi Muslim I strongly condemn this barbarism. Personally, I really want Pakistani authorities to change the Blasphemy law in order to protect the minority’s rights. Everyone should have religious freedom and freedom of expression. As a human being, it should be everyone’s right to believe what they wish to believe in.
It is fine to condemn this type of barbarity. I would argue that it is in fact easy and useful for many to show their disgust and stand in the line of the righteous. But no one would address the underlying cause. Why we think this happened? One word “aqeedat”. Aqeedat is a from of unnatural and extreme respect, which beyond a certain extent becomes shirk. ALL religious factions of Muslims teach this and stress on this aqeedat. In fact this has become the entire religion. You can do anything criminal and offensive, but if you continue to profess aqeedat, all is well. But if you said anything remotely questioning the Quran, Prophet or the successors, then all hell will break lose.
If any non Muslim said anything which is perceived by the Muslims as disrespectful to their religion or their Prophet, immediately campaigns are launched to protect the honor of the Prophet.
So the message to the ordinary, ignorant Muslims is loud and clear.
So where we condemn the perpetrators of this crime, we should also condemn the leaders of the Muslims, who spread shirk of “aqeedat”.
It is the responsibility of Nawaz government to return to law making, to shun the bad laws and make new, better laws, instead of running after bridges and roads.
Nawaz government has suffered much recently due to Hujoom ki siasat (Crowd politics) at D chowk. The same hujoom ki siasat has killed two innocent Christians. Nawaz should take notice and punish the perpetrators of the crime instead of offering few Lac Rupees to the bereaved family.
The affected family is asking for justice and the Chief minister is offering them money to cool off the atmosphere. Why Shahbaz does not ensure the implementation of speedy justice.
If government will help to grill and drill a few culprits, they will soon spell out the names of others who were involved. But that is the job of good honest investigators. In such times, high level politicians come to the help of the criminals and they make the case weak.
If we look at this from a different angle, all these inhumane treatment meted out to the minorities of Pakistan in particular and elsewhere in Muslim countries proves one thing beyond a shadow of doubt the prophecy of our beloved Prophet Muhammed saws that “my Ummah will be divided into 73 sects and only One will be Naji ( deserving of Paradise)” and also the Ulema will be the worst creatures under the skies. Well this has come true, if the Ulema are described as such what would one expect from their followers? So this Defence Minister of Pakistan is no different to their misguided mullahs who are intent on doing the misdeeds. This could stop if only they come under the banner of the Promised Messiah and follow the teachings of True Islam of Prophet Muhammed saws.
Currently Pakistan is top in the league of most corrupt countries among other worst misdeeds, that is nothing to be proud of. Honour? killings are on the increase, which again has nothing whatsoever to do with Islam, poverty is on the increase. Law and order is extinct, just to name a few among many.

Murder of Christian couple in Pakistan
The report of murder of Christian couple, labor at brick kiln, by unruly crowd has been circulated worldwide through national and international print and electronic media. The incident is said to be a result of blasphemous act that the couple had committed.
It is grumbled that the blasphemous act, in many cases, is misused by powerful and influential persons when they want to settle their account with their foes who happen to be weak and feebly settled in society.
The affected rather ruined family is grateful to those who shared with them their irreparable loss through words of sympathy. The message becomes more comforting, solicitous and consoling when we see it coming from a distinguished people including Ex-president Zardari, MQM chief Altaf Hussain, Chief of Islamic Counsil Moulana Tahir Ashrafi, MNAS, MPAS and many other renowned Islamic scholars.
Thankfully, in such a disastrous situation, we have a sensitive and responsible government. Chief Minister, Shahbaz Shrif, reputed for his alertness towards the administration, went into spontaneous action. He has established a high powered inquiring squad, has granted prodigious amount of money for the distressed folks.
Such timely, caring and generous attitude will not sooth the wounds of wounded only but also win applause and admiration from all quarters, in particular from the minorities.
Prime Minister, Mr Nawaz Shrif, is equally watchful of the incident taking keen interest. Many anxiously waiting for the outcome of the inquiry wishing the result to be full of retribution for the criminals.
