“I don’t believe in God, but at the same time Christianity, Judaism or Buddhism don’t bother me. Only Islam bothers me more and more,” wrote Nicolaus Fest, vice editor-in-chief of the Bild am Sonntag newspaper in the editorial published on Sunday.
Fest then laid out why Islam’s “criminality,” “murderous contempt” and “honour killings” did not belong in Germany, in comments which prompted a raft of hostility online against the Axel Springer-owned tabloid.

Freedom of expression is very good provided the right is used with
complete knowledge. The author is German and should have known Ahmadiyya Muslim Community which is probably the only community recognized as official Muslim community in Germany. It claims to be torch bearer of real teachings of Islam. Its members are considered to be best integrated in to German society. What ever objections have been raised by the author actually have no place in Islam. Those doing these atrocities on the name of Islam are in fact not real Muslims. Dear Khan Sahib, you, or other members of the Jama’at in Germany, should personally visit Mr. Fest and invite him to a ‘sitting’ where and when all his wrong ideas can be corrected.
