Truth about Easter, Sunrise Services, Dyed Eggs & Santa Claus
Did you know: The Resurrection was not on Easter Sunday?!
For 1600 years we have been led to suppose the word “Easter” means “resurrection of Christ”. We have been taught that Christ rose from the dead on Sunday morning whereas the resurrection did not occur on Sunday at all!
To tell you the real background: Easter is not at all a Christian name, but the title of the idolatrous “queen of heaven”- A Pagan Goddess!
The name “Easter,” which is the slightly changed English spelling of the name of the ancient Assyrian and Babylonian goddess Ishtar, comes to us from old Teutonic mythology where it is known as Ostern. The Phoenician name of this goddess was Astarte, consort of Baal, the sun god, whose worship is denounced by the Almighty in the Bible as the most abominable of all pagan idolatry. Look up the word “Easter” in Webster’s dictionary or search “Origin of Easter”: You will find it clearly reveals the pagan origin of the name. Easter, as Alexander Hislop says (The Two Babylons, p. 103), “bears its Chaldean origin on its very forehead. Easter is nothing else than Astarte, one of the titles of Beltis, the queen of heaven ….” The ancient gods of the pagans had many different names. While this goddess was called Astarte by the Phoenicians, it appears on Assyrian monuments found by Layard in excavations at Nineveh as Ishtar (Austen H. Layard, Nineveh and Babylon, Vol. II, p. 629). Both were pronounced “Easter.”
Likewise, Bel (referred to in the Old Testament), also was called Molech. It was for sacrificing to Molech (I Kings 11:1-11, especially verse 7, where Molech is called an abomination) and other pagan gods that the Eternal condemned Solomon, and rended away the Kingdom of Israel from his son. In the ancient Chaldean idolatrous sun-worship, as practiced by the Phoenicians, Baal was the sun god; Astarte, his consort or wife. And Astarte is the same as Ishtar, or the English “Easter.”
Says Hislop: “The festival, of which we read in Church history, under the name of Easter, in the third or fourth centuries, was quite a different festival from that now observed in the Romish [and Protestant] Church, and at that time was not known by any such name as Easter. It was called Pascha, or the Passover, and … was very early observed by many professing Christians …. That festival agreed originally with the time of the Jewish Passover, when Christ was crucified …. That festival was not idolatrous, and it was preceded by no Lent” (The Two Babylons, p. 104).
Easter Sunrise Services
You think Easter sunrise services are beautiful? Do you know why is it that you do them?
Listen! God was showing the Prophet Ezekiel the sins of His people in a vision — a prophecy for today!
“Turn thee yet again,” said God, “and thou shalt see greater abominations than these [Ezekiel had just been shown, in vision, idol worship among professing people of God]. And he brought me [in vision] into the inner court of the Eternal’s house, and behold … between the porch and the altar, were about five and twenty men, with … their faces toward the east; and they worshipped the sun toward the east. Then he said unto me, Hast thou seen this, O son of man? Is it a light thing … that they commit the abominations which they commit here? … Therefore will I deal in fury: mine eye shall not spare, neither will I have pity: and though they cry in mine ears with a loud voice, yet will I not hear them”! (Ezek. 8:15-18.)
Do you grasp what this most abominable thing is?
It is the identical thing millions are doing every Easter Sunday morning — the sunrise service — standing with their faces toward the east, as the sun is rising, in a service of worship which honors the sun god and his mythical idolatrous consort, goddess Easter. Yes, deceived into believing this is Christian, millions practice every Easter the identical form of the ancient sun worship of the sun god Baal! Throughout the Bible this is revealed as the most abominable of all idolatry in the sight of the Eternal Creator!

Shall we see some history of the Dyed Eggs then?
But did you know that dyed Easter eggs also figured in the ancient Babylonian mystery rites, just as they do in Easter observance today? Yes, these are pagan, too. It is recorded in Edward Davies’ “The Mythology and Rites of the British Druids,” page 210, that the ancient Druids bore an egg as the sacred emblem of their idolatrous order. Eggs were sacred to many ancient civilizations and formed an integral part of the religious ceremonies in Egypt and in the Orient. Dyed eggs were sacred Easter offerings in Egypt, as they are still in China and Europe. Easter, or spring, was the season of birth, terrestrial and celestial” (Egyptian Belief and Modern Thought, pp. 211-212).
Why do people who call themselves Christians dye eggs at Easter? Do they suppose the Bible ordained, or commands, this heathen custom? There is not a word of it in the New Testament. Certainly Christ did not start it, and the apostles and early Christians did none of it! Then why should you do it today?
Why follow heathenism and try to convince yourself you are a Christian? God calls such things as abomination!

Let’s peek into the History of our beloved Santa Claus now, shall we? Come:
Santa Claus, the Father Christmas or simply “Santa”, is a figure with legendary, mythical, historical and folkloric origins who, in many western cultures, is said to bring gifts to the homes of the good children during the late evening and overnight hours of Christmas Eve, December 24.
This mythical Santa Claus is none else but one Mr. Saint Nicholas, a 4th-century Christian saint who used to gift Children on the occasion of Christ’s birthday. Ha! We are all surrounded by myths and we follow mysterious fancies!
But, Santa has been real for millions over the centuries and continues to be real for millions more, isn’t it?
The modern figure was derived from the Dutch figure of Sinterklaas, which, in turn, was part of its basis in hagiographical tales concerning the historical figure of Christian bishop and gift giver Saint Nicholas. A nearly identical story is attributed by Greek Orthodox and Byzantine Christian folklore to Saint Basil of Caesarea. Basil’s feast day on January 1 is considered the time of exchanging gifts in Greece. The current depiction of Santa Claus is based on images drawn by cartoonist Thomas Nast for Harper’s Weekly beginning in 1863.

People! WHY do you believe the things you believe? And why do you do the things you do? Why don’t you ask questions? You never stopped to ask yourself these questions, did you? You have been taught since childhood to accept Easter as the chief of the Christian holidays. You have supposed it is part of the true Christian religion to observe Lent, “Holy Week,” “Good Friday,” to buy hot cross buns at the bakery, to have colored Easter eggs, to dress up and go to church Easter Sunday — perhaps to attend an Easter sunrise service too!
To tell you the truth people, this “sheep” instinct in us humans makes the most of us to believe a lot of things that are not true. Most of us do a lot of things that are wrong, supposing these things to be right, or even sacred!

A Wonderful News: Are you aware that Jesus has returned? Yes, you read it right. I do mean it.
Yes, it was him, the returned Jesus himself, who was to come and clear him of the calumnies which the Jews, the Muslims and the Christians had uttered against him. It was HE who bore witness to Jesus’ truth. And obviously yes… the above was all his knowledge which I have the honor of sharing with you.
Regarding the question as what shall the Christians do now? A delightful solution is that: As earlier, all Christians can still follow their very own Messiah Jesus, the Son of Mary; Join the community which the re-advent of Jesus (pbuh) created, obey his commandments and love him as you do – he’s our loving father.
History repeated: History repeated itself not only sending our father, our prophet back but also in terms of persecution. Yes, that’s the painful part.
The second come of Jesus (pbuh) and all of his followers are persecuted all around the world today (wherever known) as they were persecuted in times of his first advent.
Know the complete story about his re-advent in the light of the prophecies made about him with real material proofs in the last part of this message and you decide what to do. I have included ‘a message from Him (the re-advent of Jesus) to His followers’ too – do read it. I have done my job of passing on the message to you, it’s now your turn to decide. I believe, all of his true believers will certainly recognize him, accept him and join him.
And I challenge you: What all true prophecies you know about him returning, test them now; I assure you’ll find them all proving true.

Did you know? Returning of Jesus (as) was as supposed did mark the beginning phase of the end of this world, there’s definitely no doubt about it (I won’t say you how many days or months or years are left before the trumpet is blown, go read his books to know it). His return is in itself a way to reform the world in every sense before the end. Here’s what He, the re-appeared Jesus says:
“…God has informed me of many earth-quakes. Rest assured, therefore, that earth-quakes will they shake the planet. Some of them will resemble the Day of Doom. …Havoc shall sweep the surface of the earth which shall be the greatest since the birth of man. Habitations shall be demolished as if no one had ever lived in them. This will he accompanied by many other terrible calamities which the earth and the heavens will send forth, till their extraordinary nature will become evident to every reasonable man… Then mankind shall be sore distressed and wonder what is going to happen.
…The days are near, in fact. I can see them close at hand, when the world shall witness a terrible sight: not only earthquakes but also many fearsome calamities shall overtake man, some from the skies and some from the earth. This will happen because… If I had not come, these afflictions would perhaps have been delayed a little. But … as says God: ‘We never punish unless We send a Messenger.’
I am to warn you, those who repent shall find security and shall be shown mercy.
Do you think you will be protected from these calamities? Or can you save yourselves through artifice or other man-made designs? Indeed not. Repent that you may be shown mercy! …
And I pray to the Lord for you:
[40:8] …‘Our Lord, Thou dost comprehend all things in Thy mercy and knowledge. So forgive those who repent and follow Thy way; and protect them from the punishment of Hell.
[40:9] ‘And make them, our Lord, enter the Gardens of Eternity which Thou hast promised them, as well as such of their fathers and their wives and their children as are virtuous. Surely Thou art the Mighty, the Wise.
