KARACHI: Religious scholars and political leaders on Wednesday issued and backed an edict, declaring that terrorism and violence being committed in the name of Islam was in violation of Islam; and hence haram.
The edict was part of a seven-point code of conduct unanimously approved at the Ulema-o-Mashaikh National Peace Convention held in Karachi.
Speakers said that rights of all Pakistanis living in the country were equal, whether they were Muslims or not, and that targeting anyone on the basis of religion or faction was a sheer violation of the constitution of Pakistan and Islamic teachings.
They said that denying the fundamental rights of every Pakistani – on the basis of religion or otherwise – was against the Islamic laws and the country’s constitution.
They agreed on a point that anyone found involved in violation of others’ rights should be dealt with according to the law.
The code of conduct says that terrorism and violence being committed in the country in the name of Islam is “a violation of Islam, and the leaderships of all religions and sects announce their disassociation with such acts”.

A good starting point, but the catch phrase is ‘according to the law’. If the law, such as the blasphemy law itself discriminates against the minorities then these so called ‘religious scholars’ will have their cake and eat it too.

Those who commit violence in the name of Allah/ Islam are those who follow the book of Hadits Muslim and Bukhary, (NOT from Al Quran._
They take the order to kill innocent people from Scholar Muslim & Bukhari. They believe that that order came from prophet Muhammad (saw) and came from God. What ever Prophet Muhammad (saw) uttered were coming from God.
Therefore they believe and feel that they are doing in the name of Islam or God.
I post some Hadits Muslim asked his followers to kill innocent people;
1. HERESY AND APOSTASY
Anyone of you who saw heresy, apostasy, let is changing with your HANDS (kill), if not able, let the verbal, if not able to let the heart. However, such is weak as weak faith.HR.Muslim
2. HOMOSEXUAL
Prophet said, “If you have people who do act like the people of Lut (liwath) then kill the perpetrators.” (Narrated by Abu Daud, Tirmidhi and Ibn Majah).
3. HONOR KILLING
Anyone who changes his religion (out of Islam, apostasy) then kill. Wherever you meet them, then kill them. Because real people are killed they will get a reward at the Judgment Day “Bukhari.
When the end times will appear young people and bad attitude. They said word by using the word of GOD , when they had come out of Islam as an arrow from his bow slipping . Wherever you meet them , then kill them . Because real people are killed they will get a reward on the resurrection day ” HR Bukhari
” If two people inducted Caliph , then kill the last of the leader, HR Muslim.
Those above Hadits are against of Al Quran, or God’s law.
So the extremist Muslim take the order to kill innocent people NOT from GOD, but from their IDOLS like Scholar Muslim, Bukhari etc.
They have taken their priests and their scholars ( as idol ) for their Lords besides God Q S . 9:31, They fall into sinful syirk.
THE QUESTION IS ; DO WE DARE TO ABROGATE SUCH HADITS MUSLIM AND BUKHARI ABOVE?
If we do not dare to abrogate the violent Hadits, they (extremist Muslimn) will not stop klling innocent people, Children, women,blasphemy, apostasy,gay lesbian, infidel, shia etc.
May Allah give us straight to correct what is wrong in the book of Hadits Muslim and Bukharo

All religions have faced the problem of violence within their ranks. Fact is that the extremists of every religion kill their own people in the name of protecting their religion. This is also true of political and ideological movements and gangs. All of the above entities want to purify themselves of the impure element within them. (The definition of impure comes from those who are doing the killing).
How to avoid this in religion of Islam?
1) If we follow simple logic, we can avoid it. In Islam we follow the Holy Prophet. (No one else) All other leaders within Islam are of secondary nature. So Holy Prophet said in his last sermon that there are only two sources of guidance after him. a) The Holy Quran, word of God. and b) His sunnah. (Sunnah is the practice of the Prophet which is passed down to us generation after generation such as timings and details of namaz. But other practices which were lost over time such as punishments of stoning to death, cutting of hands and killing people for changing their Faith are not sunnah as they were limited due to context and were not practiced by the generations after the Prophet). He did not mention any religious leader or scholar as source for the religion of Islam.
2) Out religion is mentioned completely in the Quran. Anything not mentioned in the Quran is only of peripheral nature and is not important. Therefore it cannot be considered fundamental to Islam.
3) Hadith is only a secondary source which can be used to support the teachings of the Quran. It is not necessary to follow any hadith if it contradicts or adds to the Quran. The authenticity of hadith is doubtful unless supported by the Quran. It does not matter if a hadith is mentioned in Bokhari or Muslim. We do not judge the authenticity of a hadith by their authors. We judge them by the Quran.
4) The teachings of the Quran in the matters concerning Faith are very clear. It says, “There is no compulsion in religion.” This means changing of religion (apostasy) carries no punishment in Islam. This also means no punishments within the religion. (such as music, dancing, blasphemy or other vices) Quran does not mention any punishment on the basis of religion. There is no sunnah of the Holy Prophet supporting any punishment within the religion.
The reason for violence in Islam is ignoring the above principals and following the advice of the so called scholars and leaders of religion. The Holy Prophet did not mention them in his last sermon!!
