Episode 2 of a new series exploring the history of anti-Ahmadiyya laws in Pakistan.
In 1974, the fundamental rights of an entire community were violated by a parliament. The constitution of Pakistan was amended to redefine the religious status of Ahmadi Muslims by declaring them non-Muslims. Was this act by legislators in Pakistan just and Islamic? Or was it in total defiance of the teachings of the Holy Qur’an and the Holy Prophet Muhammad (saw)?
