To me Qasim of USA representing Ahmadiyya, while answering Mufti Muneeb was bit harsh. What other MT readers thnink?
That Mufti Muneeb (the cresent gazer) tried to avoid answering the question. He was stressing that Qadianis should accept the constitutional amendment. What is meant by that?
They had declared their point that Qadianis are non-muslim. Now they want that Ahmadis should agree to that. There is no need or necessity for Ahmadis to do that.
But, also, there is no need for non-Ahmadi (Mullas) to incite hatred against the Ahmadis. That would be against the law and all norms (forms) of good behavior. There is nothing in the law or constitution that if Ahmadis do not agree to that amendment, they should be punished.
If any one will read the last section (Ruk’u) of para three of the Quran (completely), he/she will be surprised to see that everything about these so-called Muslims (Punjabi malvis) is described there.
The main points are:
1. After every prophet a messenger (rasool) will come. And there may be many messengers (Rusul).
2. All believers must believe in the messenger and support him.
3.If any one will not believe and support the messenger who will be presenting the same teachings as that of his predecessor prophet, he/she shall be Faasiq (transgressor).
4. Muslims are to believe in all prophets.
5. Any one who try to present any other Deen instead of Islam, it will not be acceptable to Allah and he will be a loser in the end.
6.(Important) Surely those who went on the path of Kufr (i.e. enmity to the Peaceful faith, Islam) after they had the good belief, and while they had witnessed that the messenger was true (messenger) and they had received the clear signs (Nishan, of his truth), Surely Allah does not guide the cruel people (to success).
The right punishment for all such (disbelievers) is that there is curse of Allah and the angels and the mankind upon them………. Except those who repent and correct themselves (after their Kufr), So Allah is oft forgiving and Merciful.
7. (More Important) Surely those who are (Kuffar) i.e. enemies of right faith, after they had the right teachings, AND THEN THEY INCREASED N THEIR ENMITY, Allah will not accept their repentance. And they will be the severely misled people.
Next verse is the last verse. It tells about those who die in the state of Kufr (i.e. enmity),…..

In the above mentioned verses, the state of the Punjabi maulvis is well explained. They are on the path of enmity. Not only that they rejected the messenger, they became enemies of the message.
Then they INCREASED in their Kufr (enmity).
a. They started killing the Ahmadis.
b. They entered into the Ahmadi mosques to erase the Kalimah.
c. They entered into the Ahmadi graveyards to erase the good words on the tombstones.
d. They entered into the Ahmadi graveyards to plunder the Ahmadi graves.
e. The enemies went after the Ahmadi students in the schools to throw them out of schools.
f. They tried to dislodge Ahmadi businessmen from business.
There is long list. I take the example of a Kafir from the Abu Jehl. Any man of any faith who is not harsh or belligerant (fanatic) is not a real Kafir.
