Sir Muhammad Zafrullah Khan was a devoted, dedicated, decorated Ahmadi. He traveled a lot and served with humility. He worked for the cause of all Muslims.
No doubt, Sir Muhammad Iqbal was a great poet. His poetry is very good. He and his family were close to Ahmadiyat. But he lost his way. In the end he was disillusioned, disappointed.
Mostly it was, perhaps, due to the company that he was keeping, i.e. Tulu’ Islam people and Ahrar maulvis and Lahori group. The Allama sahib could not decide between right and wrong. We praise him for his poetry and we give him a high rank (credit) in that matter. He had a feeling for the Muslims but did not know how to go about it.
I know many other mini-reformers in this Ummah who thaught that they were working for islah (Musliheen). May Allah guide maximum people to the right path. Ameen.

It is potently documented event that is often missed that Sir Mohammad Iqbal with his exalted pupil, Sir Zafarullah Khan travelled together to Qadian and there in the presence of Sir Zafarullh Khan accepted Ahmadiyyat at the hands of the Khalifa tul Massih.
Iqbal’s brother Ata Ullah Marhhoom was already an Ahmadi. The descendent of Ata Ullah Marhoom can vouch for this Bait.

It is a historic picture of the time and it must be preserved . This tells the truth about Alama Iqbal that he accepted Ahmadiyat.
We do not need any proof that Iqbal has accepted Ahmadiyyat. Iqbal was a cheap opportunist who used anyone he could, to elevate himself alone.
