Dubai: An Emirati student of UAE University in Al Ain detected an anomaly in a programme that regulates the airflow into plane engines and convinced aviation major Airbus to replace it with a better one.
Tasnim Al Rawi Al Naqbi, a mechanical engineering student at UAE University, recently completed a six-month intensive training programme at the headquarters of Airbus in Toulouse, France.
