Express Tribune:

LAHORE: It was not a usual day for Muhammad Muhsen Ali, working at his brother’s Tandoor, when he secured the first position in BA (Bachelor in Arts) 2012 examinations on Saturday breaking all previous records in Punjab.

Ali, a private student hailing from Hafizabad district, is the eldest son of labourer Nazeer Ahmed among eleven siblings and works at a Tandoor in Lahore. Ali, who says he sleeps for not more than four hours a day, secured 688 marks in total.

On receiving the good news, his parents also arrived in Lahore from Hafizabad to celebrate, who found it hard to believe how well their son had done in exams.
