Unforgettable scenes were witnessed late on 13 July 2012, when the World Head of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jamaat, Hadhrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad, unexpectedly left his residence at 11pm and took a walk throughout Peace Village in Canada.
As word spread that their Khalifa was walking amongst them, thousands of Ahmadi men, women and children poured out of their homes or from the Baitul Islam Mosque to line the streets and express their unparalleled joy. Slogans were raised in praise of God Almighty, whilst others recited poems to express their feelings.
As His Holiness walked throughout the Village he waved at the Ahmadi Muslims and blessed infants who were in the arms of their parents. In each direction people were overwhelmed, tears flowing from their eyes.
Press Secretary of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jamaat, Abid Khan said:
“Those who were fortunate enough to be present will never forget the scenes of Friday night. The mutual love between the Ahmadi Muslims and their Khalifa was there for all to see. Such powerful and sincere love will not be found anywhere else in the world. Certainly it is clear that such love could only have been instilled in the hearts of people by Allah Himself.”
No single human being on the earth commands so much sincerest love as does the Khalifatul Massih(atba). This powerful and sincere love in itself is a clear proof of the Truthfulness of the Promised Messiah and the Khilafat.

Love of the Ahmadis for their Khalifa is unparallelled and unique and distinctive.
No other leader can get such dedicated immense love for himself from his followers on this earth from around 200 countries of the world.
And … the great blessings of Khilafat are that in fact this love is not ‘limited’ to the love of one Khalifa, but you will see the same love and affection being granted to the ‘Khalifa of the time’, one after the other. – In other communities you sometimes see some kind of ‘personality’ appearing which commands a lot of love and attention too, but with his passing away the whole ‘house of cards’ collapses. It is the special blessings of Khilafat that with each Khalifa the love grows …
This is the great sign of the truthfulness of jama’at Ahmadiyya and Khlafat-e-
Ahmadiyya. I ask molvies in pakistan who are our enemies to bring any example
of love for a liar for more than hundred years.
the love of God is lesser compare to the love of human, Allah imbibe the love of khaliifah in all man
InshaAllah one day our Kahilfa of Islam will walk thru street of Rabwah Pakistan and million of Ahmadi Muslim will stand & line in street of Rabwah Pakistan.
Thanks for giving vent to the feelings of residents of Rabwah and we fervently pray and hope that God makes it possible for us to see such a cherished scene of our dear Huzur-e-Anwar is having a similar walk amidst Rabwahites, the most innocent, but deprived of their basic human rights ever since National Assembly passed its 2nd Constitutional Amemdment Nov. 1974. Till that blessed moment comes, the silence-torched residents of this grieved town will continue to recite Kalema-e-Tiyyaba, along with this full of prayer verse:- Shaitan ki hakoomat, mit jai is jahan sey– Hakim tamam dunya pe mera Mustapha ho. Ameen.
I remember that night!! Amazing!!
I had my two and half year old nephew with me and we ran/walked with Hudhur till Hudhur-e-aqdas went back to his residence. My nephew would get so happy when he would see Hudur and would point at Hudhur and say Hudhur is so fast, and Mashallah Hudhur does walk fast.
Hudur-e-anwar walked for about half an hour and even went inside one Ahmadi home. Their home was very well decorated- they had placed a HUGE picture of the Promised Messiah(as) and Hudhur outside their home, had put up banners with Promised Messiah(as) illhams and loads of lights. In fact all homes in peace village were draped with lights.
We’re so blessed that Hudhur has graced Canada Jamaat and pray that may Allah tala give all countries such chances!
