The annual event is known as Jalsa Salana, which is the annual official gathering of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community which lasts for 3 consecutive days, the closing and overall purpose of this event is to provide spiritual enlightenment, religious guidance, and promote peace for the congregation and the wider community.
This event begins on Friday (after Friday prayers) and ends on Sunday, starting from the raising of the grand flag until the final closing, delivering a special speech containing life guidance, moral strengthening, as well as a universal message of peace, a form of guidance for the community present and the general public, both congregations and non-Ahmadi guests.
