  3. Best leader for women’s right — Prophet Muhammad (saw). He worked under a woman, married a working woman, never cheated or abused any woman including his wives. Established rights of woman in ownership of property, gave them financial independence, fixed a share for them in inheritance, allowed them to work and own their earnings. Instructed for their education, worldly and religious both. Established their respect in society, protected their honor, allowed them to be witnesses in the legal system. Consulted his wives in important administrative matters. Raised the status of women above every other human being including fathers. As a result of his teachings, countless women lived in Islam with security and honor.
In the last 100 years the West and the Christians have discovered some of these concept and misled the world to think as if they invented them. But the Holy Prophet did all this when there was no feminist movement, no me too protest, nothing. He was a true believer of women’s right.
Of course in this day and age we need leaders to carry that message. Jimmy Carter is a great leader of our time and one of the most successful US Presidents. He has done outstanding work in many areas including human rights and women’s rights. I salute him for his leadership and service to humanity. He is deserving of a noble prize.
