A new propaganda video was recently released by ISIS, addressing the UK specifically in its depraved, chilling rhetoric. Among other things, the video spoke of ‘waging jihad,’ ‘breaking borders,’ and ‘ruling by the sharia.‘ Though they may have chosen ‘Islamic State’ as their name, both history and scripture testify to the fact that the acts of ISIS constitute the complete antithesis of Islamic teaching. That being said, some important questions remain unanswered. Does a true Islamic State exist in the world today? And fundamentally, what features would one possess?
The answers, though concealed beneath layers of modern day radicalised youths screaming calls for war and extremist clerics inciting hatred, are nevertheless easy to find. The Qur’an, while not specifying a specific form of government, lays down clear and consistent guidelines on the principles that an Islamic State should uphold:
Let not a people’s enmity incite you to act otherwise than with justice. Be always just, that is nearer to righteousness. And fear Allah. Surely, Allah is aware of what you do. [5:9]
Religion is not mentioned at all in this verse. In order for a State to enact absolute justice upon its subjects as the Qur’an commands, it requires values of pluralism, religious tolerance, and secularism – with a complete separation between religion and politics. In this way each citizen, regardless of race, colour or faith, would be able to adhere to their own belief system as they pleased. To compel a non-Muslim to follow Islamic law would constitute a clear breach of justice, thus violating the principles of Islam itself.
In 626AD, the Prophet Muhammad, at that time the ruler of Medina, gave a letter to the Christian monks of St Catherine’s monastery – a document which is still preserved to this day. His words serve as further evidence of the true teachings of Islam, in their pure and uncorrupted form. ‘Christians are my citizens,’ he writes. ‘No compulsion is to be on them…, no one is to destroy a house of their religion… The Muslims are to fight for them.’ At the bottom of the document the Prophet ordered that no Muslim, from that day until the end of the world, should disobey those commandments.
This is a true Islamic State. A State in which its Muslim citizens are prepared not only to live in peace with those of other faiths, but be willing to fight and die to safeguard their rights. A State in which a matchless spirit of peace is forged on the precepts of complete justice. A State in which there exists unity in diversity, in which there is light and compassion instead of darkness and hatred.

AMERICA IS A TRUE ISLAMIC STATE, —-BUT SAUDI ARABIA AND IRAN ARE NOT.
The true Shariah state or Islamic state is like the system of American-secular democratic, protect the right of minority, and freedom of religion, speech and expression. Justice for all people regardless his belief, gender and race.
These system is coplitable with Islamic teaching from Al Quran 9not fron the book of Hadith, (Arab tradition). as Allah explained in Al Quran as following;
PROTECT THE RIGHT MINORITY.
Allah command the existing authority to protect the right of minority as following;
Proverb 31:8. Speak up for people who can not speak for themselves. Protect the rights of all who are helpless.speak for them and be a righteous judge.protect the right of the poor and needy.
Psalm 103 ;6.
God judges favor of the oppressed and gives them their rights.He revealed His plans to Moses and let the people of Israel see His mighty deeds. God is merciful and loving.
QS 4:75. And why should ye not fight in the cause of Allah and of those who, being weak, are ill-treated (and oppressed)? Men, women, and children, whose cry is: “Our Lord! rescue us from this town, whose people are oppressors; and raise for us from thee one who will protect; and raise for us from thee one who will help.
ISLAM IS THE RELIGION OF JUSTICE FOR ALL.
QS 4: 135.You who believe! be upholders of justice, bearing witness for Allah alone, even against yourselves or your parents and relatives. Whether they are rich or poor, Allah is well able to look after them. Do not follow your own desires and deviate from the truth. If you twist or turn away, Allah is aware of what you do.
QS 7:181. Among those We have created there is a community who guide by the Truth and act justly according to it.
QS 10;47.Every nation has a Messenger and when their Messenger comes everything is decided between them justly. They are not wronged.
QS 16;(90) Allah enjoins to do justice and to adopt good behavior and to give relatives (their due rights), and forbids shameful acts, evil deeds and oppressive attitude. He exhorts you, so that you may be mindful.
QS 5:8..O you who believe, be steadfast for (obeying the commands of) Allah, (and) witnesses for justice. Malice against a people should not prompt you to avoid doing justice. Do justice. That is nearer to Taqwa. Fear Allah. Surely, Allah is All-Aware of what you do.
QS 60;8.It is hoped that Allah will bring about love between you and those of them with whom you have enmity. 2 Allah is Powerful, and Allah is Most-forgiving, Very-Merciful. Allah does not forbid you as regards those who did not fight you on account of faith, and did not expel you from your homes, that you do good to them, and deal justly with them. Surely Allah loves those who maintain justice. .
QS 42:15. And say ( Muhammad ), “I believe in whatever book Allah has sent down. And I have been ordered to do justice among you(Christian, Jews, Quraish, etc ). Allah is our Lord and your Lord. For us are our deeds, and for you, your deeds. There is no argumentation between us and you. Allah will bring us together, and to Him is the final return.”.
ISLAM IS THE RELIGION OF LIBERTY, AND FREEDOM
Freedom of religion and expression.
Deuteronomy 30; 1,15.Today I am giving you a choice between good and evil, or between a blessing and a curse, between live and death. .You were born with the freedom of choice.
QS 90:10.And showed him the two ways? One is God’s way, and second is Evil’s way. People free to choose his way.
QS 2:256.There is no compulsion in Faith. The correct way has become distinct from the erroneous. Now, whoever rejects the Taghut (the Rebel, the Satan) and believes in Allah has a firm grasp on the strongest ring that never breaks. Allah is All-Hearing, All-Knowing.

(21) You are not a taskmaster set up over them, (22) But whoever turns away and disbelieves, (23) Allah will punish him with the greatest torment. (24) Surely towards Us they have to return, (25) Then it is Our job to call them to account.
QS 13;40-. And if We show you (O prophet) some of what We have promised to them, or We take you back to Us (before that), in both cases you have only to convey the message, and We have to reckon.
THE SECULAR-DEMOCRATIC SYSTEM IS THE TRUE ISLAMIC STATE.
Based on God’ s laws in written in Al Quran, God commanded Prophet Muhammad (saw) to consult with all groups in cosiety like Jews, Christian, atheist and Muslim to seek or find the propriate rule that fit to all groups. Allah said;
And by the Mercy of Allâh, you dealt with them( Jews, Christian, Quraish etc) gently. And had you been severe and harsh¬hearted, they would have broken away from about you; so pass over , and ask (Allâh’s) Forgiveness for them; and consult them in the wordly affairs. Then when you have taken a decision, put your trust in Allâh, certainly, Allâh loves those who put their trust (in Him). QS 3; 159.
And who conduct their worldly affairs by mutual consultation, and who spend of what We have bestowed on them; QS 42;38
O you who believe, obey Allah and obey the Messenger and those in authority among you.QS 4;59.
When news concerning peace or fear comes to them, they go about spreading it. Had they referred it to the Messenger and to those having authority among them, the truth of the matter would have come to the knowledge of those of them who are able to investigate. QS 4;83.
These verses are very clear verses that State and religions are separated.
So the system of Government of America is the Islamic state or syariah state. That is why Allah bless America and its people, because they follow Allah’s laws better that Islamic states like Saudi Arabia and Iran.
Both Islamic countries Saudi and Iran are discriminated against Non Muslim.
For example’
it is illegal for a Christian or a Jew or any non Muslim to become citizen of Saudi Arabia, it is illegal even to held prayer as a Christian you will be arrested , and even worst a Christian pilot not even allowed to fly a commercial airline in Saudi air.
Bank Islam, Malaysian Airline is illegal for non Muslim to become employee.
Brunei, Sudan, Saudi Arabia, etc is illegal for Christian to celebrate Merry Christmas.
That is why Allah curse them with conflict, violence and poverty.
