Now four month bail out gives a relief let us see if Europe can do some thing concrete on Ukraine matter. But please keep in mind Germany, the main engine of Europe, has financial power not to be ignored but does not have military might to impose its own decision. So mighty USA has to play its role. When US decides to do so is important.
