Popularity of Labour Party is escalating fast in the UK; particularly among the Muslim and the Asian Community here but all their efforts were tried to ruin in the Eid Milan arranged by the Labour Party.
The other day an Eid Milan party was being held under the auspices of Labour Party attended by nearly a thousand people. In this ceremony a number of important dignitaries were also invited. Meanwhile a few miscreants were seen grappling with the organising committee of the program on the issue of their table being away from stage and that they had paid so much and so much.
The Co-Chairperson of the Muslim Friends of Labour Faiz Rasool tried to hush up the people to for fear of embarrassment due to such talk in the hall, and shifted some people as well. On inquiry it was reported that the said person had collected £1000 for each table without informing the Labour Party. It was further reported that earlier the said Faiz Rasool had told the people that they will be invited free of cost. In fact there were so many who also attended free of cost. Gradually it also came to notice that at least 20 tables had been sold out. The people who had paid told the sources on the condition of not exposing their names, that Faiz Rasool had cheated away the Labour Party and collected undue money. A few people told that he had even asked £10,000 from a few to be placed on the table of Leader of the Labour Party, Ed Milli Band which gradually wasreduced to £2500 which was latte. It is also reported by a few that Faiz Rasool is doing all this to get a seat of Lordship for himself in the Labour Party or at least seat of MP for his spouse. A few people from the Labour Party are also supporting him in his ambitions for personal interests instead of party interest.
We with other some others talked to the Labour Party leadership and questioned regarding usefulness of such a program! Surely this program on the good name of Eid Milan was a sad story which must have reduced the good image of the Labour Party.
