It is our open door policy such as the one here at The Muslim Times where there are no barriers in posting news of other faiths and as well as other sects of Islam that makes unique it being a models for everyone to emulate for success.
I have been on ICNA list for long and get their updates on a regular basis. Plus, here in SFO Bay Area I have very close ties with them and as a media person have been of some service to them as well. Some ten years ago ICNA and other Muslim leaders were wondering aloud what makes Ahmadiyya effort so successful. I had responded to them that key to our success was Khilafat granted by Allah and our powerful positive programs performed under the Khilafat.
While attaining to Khilafat – however aggressively they may try as is obvious elsewhere in the mainstream Muslims-is out of question for them, the minimum they could do is follow our footsteps.
If you brows the list below you will notice WHY ISLAM, ICNA RELIEF, ISLAM ON FREEWAY, BUS AD CAMPAIGN and the latest is ABRAHAM DAY are newer additions and closely resemble the AMC – Ahmadiyya Muslim Community Programs.
ICNA, ISNA and their FIQAH council that have decided to announce Eid Celebrations ahead of time – compelled in the main by the needs of the changing times.
One step at a time – noticeably- ICNA in particular is moving closer to AMC in their approach to serving Islam that is pleasing and hopefully they will soon realize that true success lies in realizing the beneficence of Khilafat as stipulated by Hazrat Masih-e-Maoud (peace be on him) in his extraordinary document AL WASIYAT – The Will.
