The Ahmadiyya Muslim Community Malta organised its annual peace symposium on Friday 26^th April at the Phoenicia Hotel, Valletta. In this peace symposium, Lord Ahmad of Wimbledon, UK, gave a very informative and interesting presentation on the Astonishing Story of the Prophet Muhammad. Audience also put their questions to the speaker and expressed their comments. People from different sections of the society attended this event.

In the beginning, Laiq Ahmed Atif, President Ahmadiyya Muslim Community, Malta, welcomed all the distinguished guests to this symposium and explained that the Ahmadiyya Community organises similar meetings all around the world, as well as in Malta. The aim of such gatherings is to share knowledge, teachings, opinions and experiences on different subjects that can be helpful for the establishment of lasting peace in the world.

Respected Abdullah Wagishauser, the National President of the Ahmadiyya Community in Germany presented a brief introduction about the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community.

In his presentation, Lord Tariq Ahmad of UK gave a comprehensive and very interesting glimpse of the life and Character of the Holy Prophet Muhammad^sa; and highlighted many important aspects of his life and his message.

The symposium was attended by 45 non-Muslim guests and was very well received by the guests from academia.
